I have on both buggies 4 inch single, both buggies are on 35's. Took it to polaris to have them aline both and they said it is popping from the rear on both. They took a video and was going to call there rep at surper atv.
Very nice set up guys! I was curious as to what kind of forward A-arms you would recommend for a RZR Pro XP 4? I want to do portals but it's one thing at a time for me. I want something that works great now (before portals) and then after I buy the portals I just want everything to work well together. Thanks and keep the content coming!
@@nicholasvaughn2386 good deal! So we have nothing but good things to say about the satv a arms and the HCR arms. Never had any failures with either! Shoot us an email or hit us up on messenger on FB if you want more info!
Please don't get mad at me for my question. 😆 With the guys I go with there's no half throttle. How much speed and quickness are you going to lose with 30% reduction on 37s or 39s?
Curt love riding with guys last year at takeover, will the Pro R with portal set up be in Sandhollow this May for Rally on rocks or takeover this fall . Thx all you guys do promote industry.
When you say it might be better to run 6 inch portals rather than 4 inch portals because of the length of the pro r, I assume your only talking about the four seater right? Thanks
Sorry I probably could have praised my question better but that helps. Knowing it is zero offset, how wide are the wheels? Better yet how wide are the tires when mounted on the rims? Do the portals add 4” to each side like the other models?
After checking super atv website. They do not list portal width, but they do say the dual idlers are an extra inch wider. So is that 88” width on the dual or is it the single idler car?
Do portals decrease tow capacity?
No they do not

How has the stress been on the stock suspension with them? Going through a lot of maintenance or does the stock stuff hold up?
So far the stock suspension has held up on ours. But we have heard some issues with stock lower ball joints
Did you get any popping noise from the rear? If so how did you fix it
No we haven’t had any popping. What’s going on with yours?
@@SlikRokProductions both turbo r and pro r pop when you turn left and right in rear only.

The rear toe link at the hub is where it will make a pop noise on both sides when turning left or right

With the pro XP you really don’t need forward a arms to clear bigger tires. What size you thinking?
@@SlikRokProductions 33", maybe 34's I just want to get A-arms I can run until I have more disposable cash to get portals. Thanks!

Hey Keith! Yes sir both Curts and mine will be there. You going to ride with us again? -Jake
Is the beltbox an issue on the pro r in the mud and water
It is vented for the alternator so would want to keep it debris free
Did the single idlers hold up to the power
So far yes they have but heading to sand hollow next week to really test them
What car/utv lift are you using
Direct lift atlas 6k lbs
When you say it might be better to run 6 inch portals rather than 4 inch portals because of the length of the pro r, I assume your only talking about the four seater right? Thanks
Yes correct, because of the long wheelbase of the 4 seater
How wide do the cars measure out? What rim offsets are you running?
With the zero offset wheels they measure 88” wide

Which car is 88 wide? Jake single idler portal or Curt’s dual idler portal? Assuming tires and wheels are the same.
