Nice open floor plan. If it were mine. I'd opt to turn the bed 90 degrees. Have the night stand as an end table night stand combo. Also provide a foldable screen of some sort for privacy or separation of the two areas. The placement of the tv is questionable as well. I do like the kitchen layout. The bathroom looks to be quite spacious. Compared to a lot of other ones I've seen. All in all very nice.

Is this something that could be moved around regularly? Like if you traveled during the summer or winter, would it be suitable for annual travel?

Yes -this one especially was built with mobility in mind. That's why it's only 11' high.
If you're going to move more than once a year we would recommend SIPs construction for the most sturdy & lightweight build. Search {Structural Insulated Panels} for more info on SIPs.
