NO밀가루, 쑥 크럼블 단호박 케이크 만들기

  • 속이 편한 쌀가루로 쑥 단호박 파운드
    케이크를 만들었어요~
    달달한 단호박에 쑥향 가득한 케이크가
    서로 너무 잘어울립니다 므흣^^
    하루 냉장숙성 시켜 먹으니 촉촉하고
    맛있어요 ^^

    +재료+
    *버터,달걀,우유는 실온으로 준비
    무염버터 130g
    설탕 96g
    쌀 박력가루 120g
    옥수수 전분 30g
    베이킹 파우더 2g
    호박 으깬거 90g
    작게 썰은 호박 100g
    *쑥 반죽
    단호박 버터반죽 200g 쑥 가루17g
    우유 8g 꿀 16g
    익지않은 반죽을 살짝 맛봤는데요
    여기서 쑥떡 맛이 났어요 ^^
    *쑥 크럼블
    무염버터 32g 설탕 30g 쌀 박력가루27g
    쑥 가루 6g 아몬드 가루 30g
    ※ 버터를 잘라서 실온으로 준비합니다
    ※ 호박을 전자렌지 돌리면 껍질을 쉽게제거
    ※ 쌀가루 대신 박력분, 중력분 대체
    가능하세요
    ※오븐온도는 저보다 10도 올려서 구워주세요
    ( 컨벡션이 데크오븐 보다 온도가 높아요 )

    * Prepare butter, eggs, and milk at room temperature.

    120g of rice flour

    3g of vanilla extract
    90 grams of buttercup Squash mashed
    100 grams of buttercup Squash cut into small pieces
    *Mugwort
    200g of butter dough and 17g of mugwort powder
    8g of milk and 15g of honey
    *Mugwort crumble
    32g of unsalted butter, 30g of sugar, 27g of rice flour
    6g of mugwort powder and 30g of almond powder
    ※ Cut the butter and prepare it at room temperature.
    ※ If you microwave the pumpkin, it will be easier to peel it.
    ※ Replace with cake flour instead of rice flour
    It's possible.
    ※ Bake at oven temperature 10 degrees higher than me.
    (Convection is warmer than Deck Oven)

    덕분에 잘 만들어 먹었어요. 그런데 본문 한글 레시피에 바닐라익스트랙과 달걀 양이 빠져있네요.

    마침 집에 있는 재료들이라 당장 만들어봐야겠어요~ㅎㅎ 혹시 냉장 숙성은 락앤락 통에 넣어서 냉장실에 넣어도 될까요? 큐브형태에 크럼블이 있어서 랩핑하기가 좀 애매할거 같아서요🤣
