keep in mind here during this performance... the youngest band member is like 54 (Angus, the guitarist) and the oldest is like 62 (Brian, the singer) ... and they still put on a great performance!
They used to do the lunch time concerts when I was at University here in Melbourne in the 1970's, great memories. With the late Bonn Scott back then of course.
Brian Johnson screams. Bon Scott, their 1st lead singer, howled. You gotta hear the 1970's AC/DC, with Bon. My Bon Scott era favorites: WHOLE LOTTA ROSIE TOUCH TOO MUCH RIFF RAFF RIDE ON BEATING AROUND THE BUSH
Nearly 200K of your closest friends, can you just imagine...WOW!!! Such an Amazing Stadium Band!! Great Reaction Review Emma! **Shoot to Thrill**, Back in Black, Dirty Deeds, You Shook Me All Night Long, Hells Bells, Highway to Hell, It's a Long Way to the Top, For Those About top Rock, T.N.T., Girls Got Rhythm, Money Talks and many many more...
I was having a drink with a a group of people including a very accomplished classically trained (guitar) musician. He writes very intricate melodies with deep introspective lyrics and has made a living at it for 3 decades. What he said really struck me. He wished he knew how to write a simple riff/hook like ACDC.
It's in the name... ACDC are electrifying. They will send a current of excitement through your blood with every performance. Hell, with every song, lol.😂❤
He's been singing like that for 45 years. :) As for the "Something else by AC/DC.... Well that's an entire rabbit hole of rock. :) Especially when you look at their earlier stuff with their original singer who unfortunately passed young.
They had over 60,000 people at this 3 xs day concert and the crowd jumping up and down in unison set off the seismic activity sensors at the Earthquake CD center there in Argentina!!!!😮😮😮
Yeah!!! Best vídeo! For Those about to rock in This show in Argentina is epic too. Im waiting for First reaction: CONFORTABLY NUMB FROM PINK FLOYD LIVE PULSE 94. The best performance live ever. Pleaaasseee Dont stop The Second Gilmour guitar solo, is sacred and transcendental
The lead singer Brian Johnson has found and kept that unique voice for 40+ years now so obviously he knows what he’s doing!!! Hell he was 63 in this performance!!!! Just saying!!! 😎🍸
They electrify the inner animal. A recurring theme is what they give the audience to sing - growls, pants, chants - that makes them a truly great live act. This track is a masterpiece of rock. From the Bach like lead guitar, regular builds, pauses and drops. Drums that flip the rhythm right on the narrative then step back on the gas. A voice that is pitch perfect, high attack and rasped into a sharp stick. A howling, growling crowd. Lyrics that swing from a first person to collective. From isolation to everyone is redeemed and its party-time. A lost bloke, finds other lost blokes, they are saved by goddesses. They even manage a polite please and thank you to the women in the story and every woman in the audience gets it. The women are the heroes of this song. Everyone I have seen react to this track cannot control their head nods and they all break into a huge smile at the end. This is trademark flat to the floor ACDC rock. It was what made them scary and dangerous in the 70s. When Bon Scott died in 1980, I thought it had to be over but later that year they were back with a new album. I remember seeing them on TV for the first time with this new guy. Back in Black. It starts. Kinda slow, cos yeah, Bon's gone. Everyone knows. Everyone misses Bon's naughty, cheeky, charming danger. There's this new guy on stage with them. Can't see his eyes, he's wearing a hat like an Andy Capp cartoon character. American styled big number top. Imposter. It can't work, what are they doing. The song builds, the guy in the cap is twisting with the music, nah, who is this guy. Then… what the hell am I hearing!!! One line in and you know, AC/DC has just gone from pub rock band to stadium masters. Never seen any band do that.
best performarce ever in Argentina... they picked this country to make the best dvd possible... 3 nights in a row packed with 80000 people ... mostly the same people because many bought tickets for the three nights
You shook me all night long, for those about to rock, back in black, hells bells, kick you when you're down (Power Up! 2020 their latest album) and a shot in the dark (also from Power Up!) are all good songs to listen to by AC/DC. Power Up! is probably going to be their last as Malcolm Young (Rythm guitar, and Angus' (lead guitar) brother) died shortly after Power Up! was released. Pretty amazing that they were still performing when Angus the youngest was 65 and Brian the oldest was 73 and doing a full tour at that... Sadly Malcolm was a big part of the band's writing so even if they do put out another album it probably won't be anything as good as the last one...
an ACDC concert is like going out with all of your friends to drink a little, maybe even smoke a little, but mostly to be joyous, dancing, singing and most of all laughing. It is the largest karaoke moment in life, where you are singing along with your immediate friends, with your newly acquired friends who are standing near you, and with 80,000 other friends in the crowd, all putting out their best theatrical emotional joyful rendition of whatever song is playing atm...but instead of words on a screen guiding you along, you have the real band up there, playing, singing, interacting, encouraging everyone to let it out and have a great time, while they provide the order, the structure, and the energy...oh my the energy is epic, both from the environmental vibe of so many souls having the best time, exuding truly positive energy, to the actual energy with 80,000 watts of audio and 180,000 watts of lights, radiating, heating, lighting, and verberating every bit of matter within the stadium...it is truly a glorious occasion that isn't paralleled by anything in life. Anything from this concert, River Plate, is what you should look into next. It is an amazing concert, by a bunch of guys who have long past made their dent in the world and now are just doing it for great fun, the thrill, the interaction.
Amazing show. I wasn't there, but they came where I live, the next summer (july 2010), the show was outside and between 100K to 200K crowd was gathered. Amazing experience, but pure chaos (got out with a few minor cuts & bruises, smashed toes, but it was fun. Something to experience at least once (they're still alive, so it's possible.
I was born in 1950, been to two of their concerts, Rock and Roll Train and Black Ice Tour, in Sydney Australia. It was ah.....umm.....it was.....well you just had to be there, electric atmosphere, everyone rocking with the same energy, every song a killer, the only place to be is moshpit front, you can feel the band especially with Angus's 8 or 9 marshall amps and quad boxes under the stage. Other than that, if you ever get a chance just do it, go and experience AC/DC LIVE. Nothing like it. The biggest and best rock and roll party you'll never forget.
One can just not be standing/sitting still during this show. Bon Scott (RIP) or Brian Johnson. I like both of the as lead singers. The shot at 1:40 is just epic. The whole stadium is looking at him, he knows it and he enjoys it. Brian owns that crowd at that moment. One of the all-time great bands, and they are still touring, sadly Malcolm Young isn't with us no more.
I've never seen AC/DC live with Brian as lead vocalist, but remember seeing them in Manchester around 1976 with Bon Scott on lead vocals👍. One of the best bits of the gig was when Bon and Angus left the stage, and then appeared in the stalls with Angus playing his guitar while being carried on Bon's shoulder's 😁. Can't remember if Bon was singing😁. Would have been amazing if he did😁. Nice one Emma, thanks for bringing back that memory😊
So many AC/DC hits. Bon Scott was the original singer. He died of alcohol poisoning in back of a car. "Let there be Rock! Official video with Bon Scott. 🎸
Ooooooooo AC/DC‼️‼️‼️‼️ Been a die hard fan since the 70’s😁! No other way to listen to them than cranked ALL THE WAY UP! This live performance is off the charts!!!✌🏻😎
The singer Brian Johnson has what I call a 2 packs of cigarettes and bottle of whiskey a day voice 😂 I've seen AC/DC in concert 3 times and they never disappoint. Shoot To Thrill from this same concerts is 🔥🤘. Great reaction 🙌🤙✌️
@@R3ED3R yes, Brian has a natural deep raspy voice and I watched an interview with Brian and Angus together where they were talking about how Brian was chosen to join the band, it's hilarious. 😂
Up to the second "Thunder", that is ONLY the crowd singing ... 250K+ people, full stadium, three days in a row. The jumping of the crowds actually registered on the Richter's Scale for earthquakes 1000 kms away !
*Yea! Another good old Aussie band.* _Went to school rocking to this in Wollongong Australia, and it never gets old!_ As always thumbs up, and more power to you Emma. Some popular songs that most people know form AC/DC are *"Back in Black",* *"Highway to Hell",* *"Hells bells".* There all great! But *Hells bells* may be the most musically interesting in my view. I am interested in seeing what other people choose! (Note; AC/DC changed some of their members from time to time - giving a slightly different feel)
0:03 "i´ve heard about these Band" Are you serious? I love it when young people learn real music culture! Have fun! In the 80s I had a cassette recorder strapped to my high-riser bike and rode around with AC/DC
Born in Scotland, and moving to Australia in the 60s after a series of horrible Scottish winters, Angus and Malcolm Young (the two little guys on guitars) started ACDC (their sister had a Singer Sewing machine, with the metal electrical tag on the side indicating alternate current/direct current) with Dave Evans on the microphone and Phil Rudd on drums. (Phil and Dave were the only two actually from Australia). Dave did not work out, so he was replaced after 1 year of touring lower Aussie bars and clubs. Bon Scott from the Valentines, was brought in 1974, and took them to international fame by 1979. He died in 1980 and Brian Johnson (here) took over and is STILL their lead singer when they do shows. Some have said that they can hear, in Brian's voice a hint of ELMO from Sesame Street.
You should watch let there be rock live. That was late seventies and the original singer Bon Scott. The guitarist Angus Young was young in let there be rock and he was literally lightning in a bottle. Watch the performance at the Apollo.
If you like it when the crowd sings, you should definitely react to "Blind Guardian - The Bard's Song & Valhalla - Live at Wacken Open Air 2016". It is (in my opinion) the best live performance on TH-cam. Besides that you might also enjoy the singing of Hansi in that song. Thanks for reacting to ACDC and letting us know what you think of it.
Aguante AC/DC....Argentina tierra de Rock 🤘🏼 💥 🇦🇷.. Te sugiero reacciones a Rock argentino....Indio Solari, La Renga, Soda Stereo, etc etc....en cualquier directo
Amazing song, and that was a great performance of it. I almost dont' know what to do with the fact that I actually understood almost all of what they were singing about.
"Back in Black", or anything from the Back in Black album. It was the first album AC/DC released after Bon Scott's death, and is known as one of the greatest albums of all time. 🤘
BACK IN BLACK (with the second singer, Brian Johnson) and THE JACK (with first singer, Bon Scott) are two more AC/DC songs to check out. (I recommend the album versions of both.)
Funny how across the pond, back in a small town in Belgium, my older brother would do the same (and I would sneak into the car) in the 90s - not sure what brand the car audio system was though lol. Music truly unites the world and experiencing it is a universal feeling :D
Brian Johnson became the lead singer after the tragic death of their very popular 2nd lead singer Bon Scott. You should do a couple of reactions to Bon's AC/DC, It's a long way to the top if you want to rock-n-roll. TNT and a whole lotta Rosie. Brian has sung the same way since he joined the band in 1980. More of Brian's AC/DC music, Back in Black, Shook me all night long, For those about to rock, Money talks,
@Willem115 I always loved Allmusic’s comparison between Brian and Bon. Their timbre is actually very very similar- but while Brian sounds like a scamp, Bon sounds like a criminal 😂😂 I wholeheartedly agree!
Saw them over and over in the 70's. The lead singer, then Bon Scott usually, would carry Angus around on his shoulders in the crowd. It was always crazy. I don't know how Angus still has a neck. "Highway to Hell" is good.
keep in mind here during this performance... the youngest band member is like 54 (Angus, the guitarist) and the oldest is like 62 (Brian, the singer) ... and they still put on a great performance!
And can we just take a moment to appriciate the argentinians, showing the rest of us why South American Crowds are on another level.
Ooohh yeaahh
You Shook Me All Night Long is another good one. Thanks for a great reaction.
I would love to go to an Argentina futbol game even though I don't care about sports.
AC⚡DC IS THE HEARBEAT OF AUSTRALIA MAAAAAAAATE 💪💪😎😎👌👌🍻🍻🦘🦘
Absolutely! 🫡we salute you Argentina 🇦🇷 we love rock in the US… but Argentina is on another level 😮 respect 🤘
You don’t go see AC/DC to watch a band, you go to experience the biggest party you’ve ever been too
exactly the experience that I had about 6-8 months after this show. was so fun, even if totally chaotic.
A legendary band to a legendary crowd, the energy feel so much, so good. Sounds like a epic performance on stage.
Angus young: hand full of TNT 😂
Highway to Hell is my favorite performance from this concert, but the whole thing is EPIC!!
Ok, will do! 🙏🙏🎶🎶🎶
Definitely Highway to hell 💯 from the River Plate , whole crowd was a mosh pit during this song 👍
AC⚡DC IS THE HEARBEAT OF AUSTRALIA MAAAAAAAATE 💪💪😎😎👌👌🍻🍻🦘🦘
Here's an awesome overlooked song called ride on check this out you won't regret it
these guys have been kicking ass, for over 50 years, true rockers

Great call on the Bon Scott songs. Ride on has always been a favorite of mine.

Good rockin' oldtimers, gotta love it 😛
Highway to hell River Plate. Saw them recently in Dublin and they were amazing
gorgeous audience!just what the band deserves!
Such a great song to get you amped up!! Angus is always fun to watch!
Emma, thank you a lot for a great reaction... as always ❤🎉🎶🎧🎼✨️🍁🌟
No problem 😊
If there was a definition of what "Stadium Rock" is, all you'd need is a pic of AC/DC
Greetings from Seattle, Washington State, USA!
You have the BEST reaction to this song I have ever seen
My favorite songs from them are Highway to Hell and You Shook Me All Night Long.

The lead singer Brian Johnson has found and kept that unique voice for 40+ years now so obviously he knows what he’s doing!!! Hell he was 63 in this performance!!!! Just saying!!! 😎🍸
@SWTSU it’s quite extraordinary that he’s been able to sing like this for so long - he must really know what he’s doing and how to manage his voice
Hi Emma!! This is Argentina!! SODA STEREO was in the same stadium. You must see them!! SODA STEREO PROFUGOS GIRA ME VERAS VOLVER 2007. Kisses!!
Primal power, to rock and roll the place

Your obviously an Argentinian LOL
This was the greatest time to go to concerts, insane crowds and at most it would cost 30$
These boys are my age LOL. You need to see them live to understand the connection fans have with this band. It's almost cult like. AC/DC forever.
Should do 'let there be rock' live at river plate, and see all the glory of Angus Young! If you like lead solos, its one to watch!

Argentinian Crowd😎....Asi lo sentimos Nosotros...
this is Brians voice just spicy
'Whole lotta Rosie' from this concert is rock n roll legend.
My personal favourite
They are so good!
He actually does have a high voice with a growl. It was a bit higher when he was younger, but not much.
I was lucky to be born in Argentina❤
👍👍👍👍

If you’re interested in how high Brian Johnson’s vocals can go, then listen to High Voltage, live at Donington 8/17/91.

Absolutely love your reactions! You are awesome!

ACDC Культовая группа ! Хотел бы сьездить на их концерт
Love ac/dc 👍🏼
Totally awesome! Could u react to their song Back In Black?
Scottish 🏴 but formed in Sydney.
Emma - The voice is as close as they could get to the Original Singer's - Bon Scott! Check out Highway to Hell!
*Yea! Another good old Aussie band.* _Went to school rocking to this in Wollongong Australia, and it never gets old!_ As always thumbs up, and more power to you Emma.

Phil rudd was not the drummer when dave Evans was in the band. Evans was sacked before Rudd came in. Mark evans was bass player with Rudd on drums
Black in Black
You'll love their song with the OG lead singer Bon Scott "It's A Long Way To The Top"
You must see A WHOLE LOTTA ROSIE from this concert.

Anglo-Saxon-Jock-Viking, rock. Another way to conquer the world. ha ha........
You was talking about the singer Brian Johnson he was around 63 years old at this concert.
@gregcissell345 it’s wild that he can sound so good at that age after so long - his voice must be made of steel. It’s spectacular.
Amazing song, and that was a great performance of it. I almost dont' know what to do with the fact that I actually understood almost all of what they were singing about.
Instant AC/DC fan. Why am I not surprised?
G'day from Melbourne Australia. Have you done Long Way to the Top?
"Back in Black", or anything from the Back in Black album.
It was the first album AC/DC released after Bon Scott's death, and is known as one of the greatest albums of all time. 🤘
BACK IN BLACK (with the second singer, Brian Johnson) and THE JACK (with first singer, Bon Scott) are two more AC/DC songs to check out. (I recommend the album versions of both.)
Cruzing up and down main street in small town USA while in high school back in the 1990s while listening to AC/DC on the Alpine car audio system.
Funny how across the pond, back in a small town in Belgium, my older brother would do the same (and I would sneak into the car) in the 90s - not sure what brand the car audio system was though lol. Music truly unites the world and experiencing it is a universal feeling :D
@IsabelleRSG The music over there was really good in the 1990s all of Europe.

Another outrageous Argentina crowd is the Rush instrumental YYZ. It's pure fire even more than this one
