This concert was in River Plate Argentina in 2009 and it was a 3 day concert with 36 cameras filming it as part of their BLACK ICE TOUR. The guys are all between their early 70's and their new album that they recorded over the pandemic is another killer album. You need to check out some of the songs from their new album that is dedicated to Malcolm, Angus's brother who died with Alzheimer's a few years back. The RIVER PLATE concert was over 70,000 people and their jumping at the same time set off seismic sensors on the country and they thought that it might have been an action earthquake until they realized that it was happening in irregular spacing of time. The arena had to have over $30,000 worth of damages repaired before it could be used again. That is when you know that you are a true rock band like no other!!!!

They are from Australia Wikipedia-Angus Young stated in the liner notes of the 2003 re-release of The Razors Edge: It started off from a little trick I had on guitar. I played it to Mal and he said "Oh, I've got a good rhythm idea that will sit well in the back." We built the song up from that. We fiddled about with it for a few months before everything fell into place. Lyrically, it was really just a case of finding a good title ... We came up with this thunder thing, based on our favourite childhood toy ThunderStreak, and it seemed to have a good ring to it. AC/DC = Power. That's the basic idea.

Malcolm Young wrote this song to try and settle his nerves when they were on a plane to Texas from Australia. They were flying during a severe thunderstorm, and the turbulence was getting the best of him. Angus was laughing at him and told him to write ,as it was always calming for him. Malcolm said, " Every time the thunder struck the plane, I thought we were going down." So, he wrote some of the song during the flight and finished it a day or so later after their strip club experience in Dallas.... hence," We met some girls, some dancers who gave us good time "......He said Thunderstruck was literally based on that experience and they were really surprised when it became such a big hit for them. Angus wasn't on board with it initially, but Malcolm was the leader of the band, so they decided to record it.

AC/DC is one of my all time favorite bands! I was lucky enough to see them live a little over a decade ago and it will forever be a favorite memory of mine. They always go hard and put on an amazing show! ESPECIALLY Angus Young. Phenomenal guitarist! ❤️❤️❤️

Do research AC/DC's origin story. And also check out the lead singer they had when they became famous: Bon Scott. The lead singer for this performance was Brian Johnson--who's been their lead singer since Bon Scott's death in 1980.

This song was inspired by a near-death experience. Guitarist Angus Young was travelling in a plane that got caught in a violent thunderstorm. The terror he experienced brought on the song title. I have been a fan of ACDC since day one

AC/DC has been one of my favorite bands since my parents showed them to me when I was a kid. I’m in my early 30’s now and my husband and I play all kinds of music around the house for our 18 month old son and he jams out. But so far his favorite is AC/DC and Ozzy. I’ve seen them in concert for their Black Ice tour and it was the BEST concert I’ve ever been too

Watch it live at donnington... In the daytime. The crowd was unreal. It's the best live version. It's so loud at their concerts, that your ears will be ringing for days, while still sounding like the record
