If you love trading it’s difficult to take a break from it. There is a big difference between people who are in it to make fast money n those who actually love to trade. People will take this the wrong way, this dude has done really great but most are not at this level so taking breaks isn’t a good idea. You need practice n repetition for months/years to get to a level where you can then start taking breaks.
Really enjoyed the part about learning to get out of drawdown. During quiet period, I'd practice deliberately sinking a demo account and then spend the rest of the week / month trying to methodically and slowly recover from drawdown. It's the best feeling ever when you've done it and when you can do it multiple times, it builds confidence for when the live account goes into drawdown.
Dan Cheung is fantastic. Getting 1 million payout is not a joke.whatever his strategy or rules but he is a good set of example prop traders like me .❤❤❤❤

I will say this..... if not one of , SFT is the best and i would say should be the most trusted prop firm around regardless they are still fairly new Why would i say this? 1. I know I'm late but this episode spoke to me all about consistency and patience. Lots of knowledge and game again as always your efforts are amplifying growth curves around the world.
Where you want to be is always in control, never wishing, always trading, and always, first and foremost protecting your butt. After a while size means nothing. It gets back to whether you’re making 100% rate of return on $10,000 or $100 million dollars. It doesn’t make any difference. 30:52

Ideally when you observe the price drops below the 20 margin you can set your entry point and pin your selling position above there. But just like he said in the video,you can't rely on a single strategy for huge profits, you'll need a better trading establishment to make as much profit as he does

Trading is easy but hard mentally, you are pulling weight the world strongest man cant pull. Your losses makes you gain the muscles to be stronger. Trading shows who you are and am glad am through it.
Beginners shouldn't be looking to take breaks early on in the journey. For someone like me, it just came as an instinct to lay back on having to click buys and sells as I grew. Work hard until you know what you are looking to see before taking a trade. That is what then tells you when you should be trading or not.

Ideally when you observe the price drops below the 20 margin you can set your entry point and pin your selling position above there. But just like he said in the video,you can't rely on a single strategy for huge profits, you'll need a better trading establishment to make as much profit as he does
Prices are never constant because market stays teetering,entry point varies in respective of the current market trend
Concentrate on your E.L.E.E and you will notice a more desirable trading result.

I am currently in 4 percent drawdown in phase 2 and was getting down on myself and starting feelong helpless but your last couple podcasts you brought to light the reality of drawdown and the advice from your guests about how to handle drawdown and what it means has relieved my mind and allowed me to focus in on the pbectove of crawling out! Trading is easy but hard mentally, you are pulling weight the world strongest man cant pull. Your losses makes you gain the muscles to be stronger. Trading shows who you are and am glad am through it.
Beginners shouldn't be looking to take breaks early on in the journey. For someone like me, it just came as an instinct to lay back on having to click buys and sells as I grew. Work hard until you know what you are looking to see before taking a trade. That is what then tells you when you should be trading or not.
