My biggest takeaway so far" Is to listen to no one cause it's capable of tempering with your psychology, avoid seeking for validations from others who have little or no clue about trading, we are designed differently".
Reminiscences of a Stock Operator and Nicolas Darvas and numerous others have said the same thing. We have to find our own way, and have our own opinions and reasons for entries and exits.
From this podcast, I gathered several valuable lessons: 1. Stay calm and composed in every situation, no matter how challenging. 2. A comeback is always more rewarding than a setback; resilience is key. 3. Journal only your bad trades, not the good ones, because it's your mistakes that hold the greatest potential for growth and improvement. 4.Consistency is more important than chasing quick wins; long-term success comes from steady progress. 5.Discipline and emotional control are critical in decision-making, especially during high-pressure moments.
Lmao what? Nothing against Kane at all, nor did I watch this yet... but if your takeaway were those generic, hollow platitudes, then I don't know what to tell you. Also regarding number 3 - "only" journaling bad trades is dumb. As the guy above me said, everything including winning trades should be analyzed.
My key learnings: 1. The importance of scaling up your trading strategy as you gain experience. 2. Sticking to strict risk management and discipline. 3. The role of mental fortitude in maintaining consistent profits. 4. Learning from mistakes and making adjustments quickly. 5. The significance of having the right mindset to handle large sums of money. 6. Prop firm opportunities allow traders to scale their capital significantly.
@@mox_hmk3231stop spreading BS. If he was unprofitable, why is Trader Kane literally using his concepts? K*** Zones and Premium/Discount trading are part of lCT's methodology. If it was so bad, half the guests on this podcast wouldn't be trading with his stuff.
22:25 This advice is so on point 🔥 " People trying to be in the market all the time, you're exposing yourself to losers. You're not exposing yourself to winners, you're exposing yourself to losers. Because the market is going to beat you. You're not the market, you're not better than it " Thanks for sharing!
I just wanted to express how incredible your selection of interviewees is! As a constant listener to this channel, I've truly felt myself improving day by day. Thank you for the valuable insights and inspiration you provide rand my biggest lesson is the need for continuous learning. Markets are constantly changing, and what works today might not work tomorrow. and in trading true success goes beyond financial gain and is measured by the positive impact one has on others
I love to hear that! Me and the team are working hard day by day to bring you the very best. We have so much more coming the level of guests coming in Q4 and 2025 is unmatched 🤝
My biggest takeaway on this great content "Trading can be addictive, force yourself to stop when you've traded your plan else you're going to end up revenge trading".
I don't know if i'm being biased or stereotyping, but i love it when brits get together, always feels like theres less fluff and its straight to the point. Such a good flow with the convos, really enjoyed it!
How calm, genuine, open and honest Kane is allows us as traders to really resonate with him and take the knowledge and gems he drops throughout this incredible episode 👏🏻 Thank you both Kane and the team at WOR for another amazing instalment 🔥 Up there with one of my favourite’s already- will be watching this one again and again 👌🏻
Kane is an absolute legend! I was a member of the Lab, but didn’t have much time to attend the live sessions. Still, I highly recommend them. I loved how he told us how he passed 20 evals at once-such a great story (in the Lab)! I'll definitely be back soon.
Some great quotes in this pod: “The outcome is out of my control, but the probabilities are in my favor.” “The more I’m in the market, the more I have losers.” “Everything you see on social media is only on social media.”
my takeaway, one of the coolest dudes in trading right there, hope you have a great life, best frickin vid on utube, great info, rarely listen to entire vid, good stuff
Great podcast. It has cemented some of my knowledge in trading. First podcast I made some notes on Kane's trading model. A big thank you to Kane and Riz.
The key lesson from this trader's story is that true success goes beyond financial gain and is measured by the positive impact one has on others. Despite his massive earnings, the trader emphasizes the importance of staying grounded, avoiding ego-driven behavior, and focusing on the well-being of loved ones. His generous acts toward his family and refusal to flaunt wealth highlight that fulfillment comes not from accumulating material wealth, but from sharing it and living with integrity and authenticity.
From this podcast I took many things 1.staying calm every situation 2. Comback is better than satback. 3. journal only bad trade not good trade because bad one are the one what we have improve ✅✅
He isn’t an ICT trader but uses ICT concepts. I remember him using terms Like “Market Maker Buy Model”. Which is 100% ICT concept.. I understand you’re a genuine person but not 100% but that’s fine because you’re human. Sometimes it’s nice to say something nice about someone who you happen to use his stuff, yeah ICT has his flaws and so do you and every human. I he least you could do is say something nice about him for putting out something you’ve benefited from instead of saying ‘consuming his stuff is a waste of time’ because of his human flaws. I admire you and respect how far you’ve come and I wish you greater heights in your journey brother❤❤❤
Yeah he said he uses K*** zones and Premium/Discount, which are fundamental parts of lCT's methodology. There's a reason lCT's motto is "the mentor of your mentor". All these influencers looove trading with his concepts; whether they're aware of it or not. You wouldn't know it though, judging solely by the way they talk. 😏
Agreed once I realized he said Inversion FVG, I was expecting the same . And he says he learned from watching another guy who did the same who traded NQ
I am just started learning about trading Riz and I am so glad that by watching your channel i am becoming more confident . You are doing best thing ever bringing many traders of the world in a table and discussing about trading , Riz I will be glad to come to your table and discuss about trading and journey behind it . I dont know when it will be reached , it may take 5 to 20 years but i will be very glad and grateful if i could meet you and will talking about trading. Lots of love from my side Riz , God bless you❤❤
i’d advise you to stick and learn forex bias properly because if you know how to do that then you can trade nq and es easier. es and nq naturally move higher, you’ll be in the same position started when they begin to head lower while forex it’s both up and down
I do feel it is important while sacrifices sometimes need to be made, it isn’t as important as sacrificing all of your support system or legs under the table As having these support emotionally through the harder times in and out of trading will help a ton to be consistent and stick to the process
20:54 This is so true. Michael says not to listen to his lives if you are trading live for that very reason. I messed up a number of trades second guessing my analysis.
😂😂😂 When he said he would never watch ICT again Overall great interview. Lots of insights on psych and mindset. Love your content Riz. Having him back on in a year or two would be awesome! 💪

Biggest takeaway.. Materialistic things can only do so much , real happiness is much more than that. And also , everything happens for a reason, it may appear you have lost everything but just hold on and grind and you will earn it all back. Even more than what you had earlier
Great Podcast! Just realised that since a year and a half refining my strategy, it now matches with what TraderKane looks for in the markets. Very inspirational as i am slowly improving towards having that consistency with my trading.

Love his ICT comment “3hrs of video for 2mins of information”
What did he mean by that? It literally could be distilled into 2 minutes?
