    Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them.     Absolutely amazing episode. Umar has the highest level of self awareness and control over his emotions that i have personally ever seen from anyone. He analyzes every action in such detail. Great 2 months.. steps away for a few weeks to not let his ego get outta check. WHO DO YOU KNOW that does that? Who is even aware of that?? This man is something else

    thank you so much for inviting Umar to your podcast.. so much things I could learn from especally about how he showed the family with actual results coming from trading eventho the parents didn’t really support at the first time. i think parents always have negative thoughts on trading lol. anyway, I really love the way Umar handled public criticism when he was losing the trade… that is what strong psychology condition made you.

    My takeaway on this was what he said about identifying your problem and working towards it, we are mostly focused on the P/L and don't try to improve on the little things we can do better. I think if we focus on inculcating the good habits in trading the money will take care of itself.

    Another one! My takeaway was when talked about the disrespect new traders mindsets are when they don’t take it serious enough to put in the work required and think they are going to be better then the people who put in equity.
