I bought a Target brand flat cap shortly after buzzing my head years ago and it has become probably my favorite "accessory" that I wouldn't have previously considered. It's my go-to for once the weather starts getting cool but isn't quite cold enough for a beanie.
I got a flat cap years ago because of you and how they look with beards. I love it and hope to get more.

I just found your channel a couple of weeks ago. I’m new the bald and bearded community. I started growing out my beard last month and I’ve been considering shaving my head for at least a year due to thinning and a receding hairline. Great video Greg. I have several newsboy hats in the peaky blinders style. I wore baseball style hats for years but as I got older i wanted something different. these are now by preferred hat to wear. I also have one in leather which I do wear quite often.

I love my news boy and flat caps! Although I will occasionally throw on a baseball hat, these can be worn pretty casually and stand out. I like the comparison you did, a lot of people think the styles are one and the same.

I have two newsboy hats and three flat caps that I use regularly. I prefer them over the baseball cap.
It's time for a haircut! I have such a big beard too! And I will wait for a new video on how to cut the big beard and shape it

I think you should try stubble again mate, from what I've saw you have good bone structure.

Greg you need to go back and watch peaky blinders. First few episodes are slow but then it gets better and better.
After the first season the writing on Peaky Blinders goes down hill. You can never go wrong living in the real world.
I prefer the newsboy cap over the flat cap.

Actually, the fictional Peaky Blinders is set in the opening episode in 1919 just after World War I, as seen in the flashbacks.
The real Peaky Blinders however, existed and operated from around 1880s to the 1910s.

I have several flat caps and newsboy hats. I love the way they look on me and occasionally, I get a compliment on them. But I gotta tell ya, on occasion I've had guys talk quite a bit of shit to my face and I've been in a few brawls just because my choice of Headwear isn't normal around here. Especially if me and a friend wear our caps out to a bar, they draw attention and not always positive. We wear them proudly and carry ourselves well but sometimes the hate we get is astonishing
From comments I’ve seen on other videos, it appears that a good number of women find flat caps attractive on men. It seems like most men hate the way they look on others.
Men that want to scrap over a hat live small lives, imo.
