This method not work if your S21 have the last OS update 2023. For those who have android 13 and have the February 2023 update. The method work with usb c headset or usb c usb dongle, just turn off device, connect usb c headset or usb c dongle keep volume up + power until samsung logo appears then just leave pressed volume up until recovery appears.
