Hello, thank you for this video. However, you need to connect the usb-C cable to be able to do the hard reset. Otherwise it does not work.

Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to work for me. No matter how long I press the volume UP and power button, it still goes to the PUK code screen (and wait 24 hours)

okey,i do this but with usb c cable connect to Pc..and now say this is not authorization reset...just instalation software left?
March 2024 is did this but when i go to set up the phone again, it eventually asks me for old pin or google account. Which i do not have.

Watched this, picked up my un-fix-able Samsung 21 Fe 5G from UbreakitIfixit and BANG BABY It worked using the up vol on/off button. They said they could keep it on long enough to down load my stuff. HA I downloaded it- THANKS.
