Thanks, that worked. Bought a secondhand Samsung Galaxy S21 5G phone from Amazon which was asking for a PIN and it wouldn't even let me power it down.
Please help me. - My phone has been locked for over a month. It wont let me get into it with my fingerprint like I am used to. I forgot my password and cant remember it. Is there a way I can get back into it without losing all my music and pictures? (And the rest of the data?) I now have to wait 24 hours between attempts to guess my password. If I remove the Sim card, will it let me reboot it to bypass the passcode and then put the card back in so the data is not lost. I refuse to lose my years worth of valuable data. Please help me if you know the answer to solve my problem. Thank you very much. I have a S21 FE 5G.

I tried with an Samsung S21 Untra I bought at the samed time as Mine and nothing worked, the software changed from yours which is 3 years onld, I have to find a way with current software or hard reset.
I found a lost Galaxy A53 and I sent an email to the owner and I haven't gotten an email back in a while so I decided to do this but I need the previous password/the previous email to sign in, any way to around this?
so here is my problem my son lost his passcode so i followed your steps ntill it asked me for the email and password i dont know them have u got any ideas

Its asking this thing Your phone was factory reset. Enter your PIN to unlock it. And I forget my google account password any video on that ? Bro
Try go on google on your pc to reset password if u forgot it then create new passord and try login again

Somehow I lost my contacts when downloading to Google account, but strangely they appeared in my Messages under Conversations. Is there anyway to get them back to Contacts. I have a Samsung Galaxy 21 phone.

Question. I did all the steps successfully. Problem now is, after logging onto wifi, it says an unauthorized attempt to do a factory reset occurred and the PIN that was entered during initial setup must be entered. Any advice?
U should see an option to login with a google account that was previously usesd on the device choose that option to login

No u wont be able to because if u reset u will need to login to google account before u can setup the phone
