This is not a Jump Rope Review just my view!
7 mm PVC jump rope
Not too heavy jump rope and not too light also!
Heavy speed jump rope.
First impressions on usage are good!

The main problem with this rope is that it is not flexible and tangles a lot. Can you please suggest some highly flexible heavy jump rope...that will be great help...

Leaving the rope in hot water for about 10 minutes straightens it out..
Regarding suggestion - I would suggest sanguine ropes - you can check out their website - plenty of options…

I bought it on Amazon India…there you can search for “jump ropes world heavy jump rope” you will get it..
This is a pvc rope - you can adjust the length by pulling the rope through the loop on the handle …
Regarding length - you can either tie knots or cut off the excess - being a pvc rope - a good pair of scissors would be enough to cut off the excess rope.

I bought this rope today.... just 449 bucks but i think we cannot do as long as we do the speed rope.

Yes…this is a slightly heavier rope than 5 mm ropes and needs some getting used to.
It’s good to mix up heavier and lighter ropes.

Is it scientifically real to say that jumping in weighted rope has a very big advantages then jumping in normal or speed ropes. Is the benefits are really plenty in weighted ropes.😊

No too sure if it is scientifically proven bro…
But when we use heavy ropes we sure do feel the difference in intensity, burn and the workout
And lighter ropes feel easier after we have used heavier ropes.
