What the…This grandma can jump around like a 20 year old ninja and shoots arrows with such dexterity that would make Legolas proud. She also had assassins in the crowd that stand ready to kill your soldiers. If you choose to talk to her all of that disappears and she just takes it ?! I chose to save the empress. My soldiers died for nothing…. T - T

Lmao the ninja grandma! 😂 I think it’s because the duchess is so addicted to The Game and trying to prove she’s the best player, she is too shocked to defend herself if you choose to expose her. If you fight her, she gladly accepts to fight and evens the playing field with her assassins against your soldiers. But if you expose her plan she tries to beat you through The Game and win back the court’s favor (except she showed her hand too early and gave the Inquisitor everything they needed to know 😉).
I’m more surprised the Inquisitor gets away with stabbing an Orlesian royal family member in front of the entire Imperial Court! Sure she committed treason and was armed and going to kill the empress, but even Celene wanted her to be tried by a judge!

If you do this, what are the consequences? Does anyone ever bring up the fact that you’d straight up murdered her, after Empress Celene specifically said she needed to be tried by a judge?
The Inquisitor is a judge though.
I don’t think it matters since Gaspard can also chime in instead of the Empress and be appalled by his sister’s crimes, but I do think it’s much funnier if you choose to execute the Duchess when Celene specifically asks to have her tried in court 😆

@@RamdomView He is not a judge of Orlesian royalty. She’s cousin to the Empress of the most powerful nation not a Inquisition soldier. Also Florianne wasn’t disinherited and formally given to the Inquisitor yet. Celene could rightly judge the Inquisitor as a murderer.

I didn’t kill her bc I do whatever it takes to not kill someone (unless they TRULY deserve it like Lucius?? I always forget his name) if I can and I just find it so funny to expose her. The inquisitor just circles around her like a SHARK and I love it so much lol.

Damn, I guess lots of people like red head? Your elven inquisitor’s hair style and hair color is exactly the same with mine, except her face shape and face tattoo they are almost exactly the same!
I played through it 4 times with all races, my elf and dwarf have red hairs ;]

This looks so much funnier with the dwarf Inquisitor
The sound design is so shit here. No armor clattering, or footsteps, swords, steel, nothing when they're going to take her away. The music has to carry the scene so hard.

Inquisition's sound design, and presentation in general, is pretty rough. Definitely one of the lower points of the game.

If your court approval is lower than 85 then you have to fight her. Not sure if you can spare her for judgment after.
