Minthara is a really cool character, I just wish the game didn't push you towards killing her. Most players will never even realize she's a potential party member cause there's literally a quest marker telling you to kill her.
Hard choose… I thought nothing could weaken my attachment to Shadowheart (2 play through in a row), but Minthara changed that. It was a complete surprise to me. This woman touched something very deep in my soul.
Wyll and Karlach will leave your party if you slaughter the grove residents. Also if you put off meeting Karlach and then slaughter the grove she won't join you when you do meet her.
Then you meet her in act 2 and it's no different than if you knocked her out and did a normal good guy knock out. Sadly there isn't any point in doing a bad guy run in BG3. Well you lose a ton of allies in the final battle and you get to romance/have sex with her. But that's it.
I think there is a point in doing it. You do unlock a lot of unique dialogue and some content by doing an evil run. The game just tries to show you, that the evil path will always be very lonely and a lot more difficult.
Fun fact, this is actually the way to kill the grove and still keep Wyll and Karlach. So long as they've already been recruited, and they're dead at the time you proceed to the goblin party, they can be revived later and won't leave, or even lose approval! The only catch is you need Withers to take them out of your party (he spawns their corpses at camp), if they're dead but in your party, they'll still leave after being revived. I confirmed this still works as of patch 7, so now they can join in all your evil runs! Or morally questionable runs. Hey you were just doing what Zevlor asked, right? Minthara is just helping you take revenge on the druids. Or whatever you need to tell yourself! It's been worth it for me honestly, my first playthrough I missed out on Wyll and Karlach, this time around I get to have them with me, and it's been great! They're both in my top 5 companions ever, so glad I could have them with me. Pity about Halsin, but that's the price of making the druids your enemy.
Most of the devoted people refer to the Absolute as 'she', since the absolute is a *goddess* to them, as shown throughout every act. Just as Mystra is referred to using the pronoun 'she'.
I really think there should be a more neutral alignment way to kill the tieflings... They literally steal from you, and racially abuse you if you're gith or drow. Meanwhile, the goblins can seem at least as welcoming. I've RP'd quite naturally as good/neutral characters and then been cast as a monster by Wyll, Karlach, and Gale.
I think the problem with your demand is, that you didn't take their background into account. Yes, *the children* might have stolen from you, but that's only, because they are so very desperate to stay alive. Because they have always been cast out. They are made to feel, like they don't belong. And on top of that: Yea racism is a huge think, not only in the real world. Racism is a huge motive seen in Baldurs Gate and DnD/fantasy genre itself. The tieflings are also super heart warming and lovely, if you try to break this cycle of abuse and actually act nice towards them. Apart from the fact, that a lot of them are very friendly from the beginning. If you truly want a neutral way, you shouldn't want to kill them. Because killing people, who are already in need, already shows that you are ready to be the evil part. It can not be neutral. But that's just my opinion, I do understand what you are saying :)
Is this the summary of a woke mind? How's the muslims doing in your neighbourhood? How is the random crime committed by the African refugees in your area? I mean they've always been cast out. Stop being a bigot and let them rob you.
Well considering giths have been killing them and have a reputation on being raiders, purist, militaristic zealots, blood thirsty. And drow are not only attacking them with goblins but have an reputation of being murderous sadists it's literally their religion and way of life It's understandable, also racially abused? That a little bit of an overreaction isn't it considering the situation and they are pretty quick to trust you in the end anyways
So close, wish there was an option for having killed them all and it wasn’t played of as you just having killed many. This is typical BG3, though. Always half in the bag with this one. XD

how did you get this option? I just did this exact scene last night but saying I killled most of them wasn't an option.
Edit: never mind the answer was kinda obvious lol
If Wyll leaves your party, do you encounter him later in the game? Something similar happens with Lae'zel but it's pretty early on.
@@eliktm4624 not to my knowledge. Played the game for almost 900 hours and have never had that happen.
Also with Lae'Zel isn't that just for a very short time? The 2 times I can think of are
1. after the Nautiloid
2. when seeing the Githyanki patrol
Me: "Hear me out: Minthara--"
Friends: "Yeah, she's hot!"
Me: "--'s personality."

But seriously. All these guys online looking for a "dommy mommy" who'll never even consider killing you. Pathetic.
Minthara is a really cool character, I just wish the game didn't push you towards killing her. Most players will never even realize she's a potential party member cause there's literally a quest marker telling you to kill her.
@@whawhawhawhaaaa yea, I agree. It fits very well, when you are doing an evil playthrough, but most people just don't do that.

If you mean the fey reference, it has nothing to do with sexual preference.

@@aktony6223 you can always do another palythrough
Hard choose… I thought nothing could weaken my attachment to Shadowheart (2 play through in a row), but Minthara changed that. It was a complete surprise to me. This woman touched something very deep in my soul.
minthara the diddler
what party member left?
Wyll or Karlach
Drow pussy got me going crazy, worth it
No, there very much IS a difference in if you take the evil or good route in Act 1, why are you lot so insistent on lying about shit like this?
The snusnu is a compelling inducement, however
Are you playing a roleplay game or what you can do what you want in BG3 even if the reward is low
Ooooooooooooh Sazza.
05:43 - 05:46
Yes please. :-D
Does anyone else refer to the Absolute as "she"? Interesting.
Most of the devoted people refer to the Absolute as 'she', since the absolute is a *goddess* to them, as shown throughout every act. Just as Mystra is referred to using the pronoun 'she'.
many cultists do.
'The Absolute' is a 'she' by any presentable means. At least, the voice presents as female.
They call her a Goddess so yes
She's "La Absoluta" in spanish, using the femenine pronoun
Yeah, i may of accidentally killed her on my first playthrough lol.
5:44 Damn… 🥵
And drow are not only attacking them with goblins but have an reputation of being murderous sadists it's literally their religion and way of life
It's understandable, also racially abused? That a little bit of an overreaction isn't it considering the situation and they are pretty quick to trust you in the end anyways
Let me guess, you think trans women are real women?
Gee golly, I wonder why in the world they would not be fans of gith or drow? 🙄
