      Definitely brother, its been a long time. My arm is much stronger now, I can do 30 pushups, maybe more before it fails. My hand is still half paralyzed, but its ok, im used to it. Hope to see you again someday dude!

    When you shot at the 1465 target, you stated it looked like a straight on wind so you held heads up hold. Was the windage hold the same hold when zeroed at a 100 yards, or was there an adjustment for spin drift?

    • @RyanCheneyELR

    Thank you for the video and I hope to meet you at the Kof1M. How much cheek force do you have against the stock? It looks like it is barely any. After watching you, I think I am applying too much of my cheek weight on the stock, as I am almost resting my head on it.

    • @RyanCheneyELR
      @RyanCheneyELR  ปีที่แล้ว

      Not much truthfully, thats why I needed to lower the cheek piece so I could take some pressure off. I try and take as much human element out of the shot as possible, I only put just enough so that the scope doesnt jack me in the face.

    Which position do you think it's more accurate binch or prone? I've done little to no prone shooting. My bag should be here this weekend thanks for the tips on the amount of sand and the pin hole. I was literally about to ask those questions.

    • @RyanCheneyELR
      @RyanCheneyELR  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I prefer prone because laying directly on the ground is inherently more stable that in a sitting position.

    • @RyanCheneyELR

      Im not sure, Ive never shot F-Class. Its kind of a gray area in ELR in the King events being that the rules state no "adjustable rests". Well, this isnt a rest this is a bag, and the pump can be removed in 2 seconds. I am still waiting on a ruling from the match directors.

    Ryan, I just received my bag. Have you ever used white rice, rather then sand? Dave G.

    • @RyanCheneyELR
      @RyanCheneyELR  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I have, I’ve tested corn cob media, a mixture of rice and sand, and multiple grades of sand. Rice will work, but it tends to cascade in on itself under recoil. Requiring a bit of pumping to get you back on target. That’s how I determined pool filter sand was the best bang for the buck.

    Do not remove your trigger finger off trigger after you break your shot. it is not prs

    • @RyanCheneyELR
      @RyanCheneyELR  ปีที่แล้ว +7

      I’m barely touching the rifle. I let the rifle pull away from my hand. If I’m death gripping it to follow through the trigger pull I’m putting more human element into the shot. Trust me, I know what I’m doing. 😅

    • @wickedtrutharms57
      @wickedtrutharms57 ปีที่แล้ว

      I know . I watched the whole video. It was well explained, easy to understand. One needs a solid rest at all times. Form is everything. The less you touch the rifle during the shot the more accurate the shot.The more accurate the group
      I'm only asking you to try it. Touch off the shot, let the rifle recoil back, leave your finger in the trigger guard. If you move your finger and hit the trigger guard you could possibly effect the shot. Each shooter has their own technique. No offense.

    • @RyanCheneyELR
      @RyanCheneyELR  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@wickedtrutharms57 No offense taken, Ive tried it all ways and I find that letting it recoil away from my hand gives me the best results. Thank you for the advice though.
