This was my favourite.
It’s my favorite line in the franchise. Don’t get me wrong, snake is my favorite but that line hit me as a child and has stuck with me pretty much my whole life. Fox are crazy and not something to mess with. I’m a bear, you leave my Cubs alone and you’re fine.
The Cyborg Ninja has always been my number 1 pick as a playable fighter to be featured in a new Soul Calibur game.
While Otacon is my favorite character it is Grey Fox who has the best quote from all of the series combined, "We are not tools of the government nor anyone else. Fighting was all I was ever good at, but I fought for what I believed in."

When i played twin snakes for the first time i was like 7 years old and immediately fell in love with this character. Brutal and crazy, but with a good heart.

Dude my favorite character of the series as well. Ever since i fell in love with metal gear solid n asked for it for xmas but my parents bought me metal hear solid vr missions on ps1 on accident, i played the eff outta that game n unlocked the 3 Cyborg Ninja levels as i was finally getting and finishing MGS for the first time, i have always loved this character the most. I just wrote about this one another metal gear type channel but i always wished they made a game dedicated to his story. Sure Raiden was cool n all but i loved Cyborg Ninja aka Frey Foxs story so much man. He was the original...hope one day they maybe get to it

Big Boss , Solid Snake, Sniper Wolf and ofcourse yes I can say about him that he was my next favorite charactor in the Metal Gear Solid Game Series.
Gray Fox is certainly one of the most important and interesting characters in the MG saga. His development over the series is I think one if it's best selling points. It shows fans the uncertainty of good vs evil and those blurred lines. The entire series really just does a good job of articulating this idea which I think makes the game's story really important and relevant.

There was the Metal Gear Solid VR missions where you could control Grey Fox AKA the ninja but there was only 3 stages >_

MGS1 Was a masterpiece during its day. Every character felt important & their backstories were worth listening to. The plot twist with liquid, the gameplay with psycho mantis & the list goes on. Games today don't have a story 1/3 as good as this one. Not even subsequent metal gear games

in mgs5 ending, youll see big boss told to change his identity as who? if you pay attention to the passport that ocelot gave to him, it writen as "frank jaeger" so who is this frank jaeger guy? why the photo of this guy, is the same face with the medic? and if you pay attention to the medic who just realize if he was a double, youll see the right eye of him is white, same as gray fox in mgs1 when he help snake fight rex 👏 and who was the name of that medic guy? and why he was the chosen one by big boss to take his place, or switch identity?

The ARCADE and NES Metal Gear games need to be remade! ( the original story of young solid snake when he battled OLD BIG BOSS and GREY FOX is iconic part of the entire franchise! )

I still believe this character would have been best utilized as the protagonist of MGS5. He’d begin as a rookie soldier who joins MSF and slowly rise through the ranks to become Big Boss’ best soldier and earn the codename Fox, through the players efforts.
It’d be meta since the people who longest followed the series would feel the closest connection to Fox, and the battles against him in MGS1 would feel like you’re fighting a piece of yourself.
It's a secondary character with lots of secrets from outerhaven his story ends face to the terrorist liquid like a mercenary . After smp's sold the tests to solidus and ocelot. he seems to be soviet officier working as New GEN technologies

I think Fox's story is one of tragic and only found friendship in both Big Boss and Solid Snake, found love but to only loss it. My Favorite character will have to be Raiden and Solidus. It was true that me and my brother were surprised that Snake wasn't the main character for MGS 2 but I found his story interesting and how develops in both the 2nd and 4th game. If you think about it, he is almost like Gray Fox, the difference is that he found happiness As for Solidus, I find him interesting because unlike Liquid, he wanted to be free from the origination that created him and not be just a clone of a hero. Plus that guy had a cool look, awesome looking suit and bitching gun and swords.
