You would happen to have a pdf manual or how to change the rear differential and the gear oil on the left side where the clutch is? Just got one for Child and this thing is not like my others ha
I’m concerned that if I remove the crankcase cover I may not be able to seal her back up. How were you able to? Did you have a new gasket or did you use a gasket maker? Very much appreciate this info! Thanks, Ray
The drain plug is on the bottom side of the engine. I believe it’s a 17mm. I use Lucas 10w40 or Mobile one 10w40 motorcycle/atv oil . You can use 20w50 in warm climates where temperatures don’t drop below 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
Hey man I've been searching. Could you send me the info to adjust the valves and cam chain on these I can't find any info but you seem to have the manual. It would be a lot of help lol I got the bike for my kids
I don’t have a complete manual . All Honda’s are basically the the same. Put it at top dead center (piston up all the way) both valves should be completely closed with slack on both exhaust and intake valve rocker arms. then adjust the clearance between the valves and rocker arms to 8-10 thousandths.
