When I first started watching this series I had some doubts this Corvette would get back on the road. But you have certainly proved me wrong. Thanks for producing these video😊😊😊
That was a brilliant solution! And I want you to know that I have enjoyed all of your videos! My 77 C3 needs a complete rebuild of its HVAC system and a new wiring harness with the newer blade type fuses. Because of your videos, I have the confidence now to take out the dash and do the necessary work
Dude …How in the world did you figure this one out !!! I am going to watch every one of your C3 Corvette videos at least five times ( guess what car I have ) You young man ..are ..Da Man 👍😎
First I want to thank you for putting in the time to explain things corvette related the way you do. My question for you is this. After driving I pull into the garage and turn the car off. I'll look at the Tach Needle and it will pin itself all the way to the right, at the 70. When I start the car and drive down the street it will correct itself and act normal. When i turn it off again the Needle jumps back to 70. My second question is this. Can you turn an original 350 motor into a 383 stroker? Waiting to see your answer.
Thank you for sharing I have 1976 corvette , tachometer stopped working, I changed the board and the ignition coil and problem didn't solve. And advise .
Excellent solution for a problem I’m currently having with my 1979 power wagon restoration. Any chance this would be the same fix for a fuel gauge reading empty when full? Too much voltage?
I recently installed a performance distributor on a 72 gmc and it started doing the wobble..how do I fix it? what would you suggest? enjoyed your video
Another great video. Thank you. I have a question: with the purchase of a c3 that runs...what would be my steps to checking out systems? Upgrading systems? I am so lost, but proud new owner.
As someone in the middle of a 71 Corvette resto mod project, these videos are super helpful. Thanks, and keep up the good work.
Thanks and thanks for watching
I think you meant restoration.

It’s actually already finished and on the road, just haven’t released all the episodes yet

Thanks again You're just great I was able to fix it
Thanks for watching
Great vid. I would never know to do that. I just want to get squeak out of my 79 speedo cable or speedo needle connection.
Nice job 👍
Thx
Neat solution. The only thing I would add is soldering the connectors in addition to crimping them on. Those resistor ends are super thin.
👍

No I believe that would be different

brilliant bro! Thanks.
No problem

Watch the whole series every episode in a row it will give you lots of ideas on how to do things and where to start
Go under playlist in my channel
I just tried this and its still doing it. Should i wire in a second resistor?
My tach reads 700 higher than it should, key on 700, idle around 1500. Any way to recalibrate it back to zero at key on the way it should be?
Depending on the year, there are several videos I've seen showing how to "Rezero" or "Zero" the tach. A quick search should find one.
Can improper level of transmission fluid cause that?
No
What for wires going in the tach? I have a blazer k5 but my tacho dos not work at all…
He literally just said what wires go there
Do I need to worry about any other problems with my ignition coil?
If the car runs good and there’s no issues then no
Is it possible to blow your tach? I think i screwed mine up!!
Tried this today on my Harley, unfortunately it didn't work,I was hopeful, any other ideas?
Sorry not too sure
why those dont come factory with a shielded signal wire is mind boggling.
They do
Called a tach filter
Lol. At least yours works.
it does 👍
stop saying guys all the time
Hey guys, I will try to stop
