Hey Brandon as someone who never did pure math and physics would you recommend that I should take extra classes to catch up? and are there any extra classes I should take in order to help me understand better
Hey, so extra lessons always help but the flying syllabus covers everything! If you are a person that works best by learning visually, I would suggest having one-on-one lessons with your instructor. This way you can pin point where you need to focus and you have someone in front of you to explain everything : )
Also might might you know aviation schools that offer accommodation for foreigners

Hey Brandon, quick question... I am interested in becoming a pilot but i dont got the funds for it, are there any bursaries or scholarships available for me to pursue ?
Hey Minkie, absolutely no problem😁
There are a few ways that I know of... so
1) you can apply for a TETA bursary which I have heard is quite promising... I have a friend who got his Commercial Pilots License paid for in South Africa and as far as I know the application takes place from October this year.
2) I heard about a new flight school in Pietermarzburg that has just opened up, apparently they are giving away 10 PPL sponsorship to people that show a passion but are unable to take it further... but I will have to confirm that for you!
3) I also am aware of a friend who got a scholarship through Focus Air flight school at Virginia Air Port in Durban. But you would have to chat to them about that.

It’s a very good school! JHB is a good place to train… because is a busy air space, your radio skills improved very quickly!

That's a good question! So there's a lot that is changing in aviation everyday... so remote controlled pilots in the drone industry are in a huge demand for... especially in crop straying

What do you mean by 36 months of flight time
once you have completed all of your exams... you then have 36 months to complete the 45 hours of fly (or whatever flying you have left)
