Hi Ria, There are steps on their website. Please note though, that they only fund for CPLs onwards. So you require a PPL to apply. Unless you are applying for one of the other many qualifications that they fund. All the best :)

Yes, you most definitely can.
Just check with whichever country you choose's CAA, that they are ICAO compliant.
