When I tried it using my property, it only showed 2yrs. Why would one home have so few?
You can also do that by zooming in. Like hell I'd buy that, crazy peopleville. Also would not buy a house with 10 weird old cars crammed around the driveway. Its the people you would worry about, not the house. I bet if you ask the neighbors to invest on this one, they would, they want that hoarder gone.

How do u get the address thoygh becouse on our list there is no address just the parcel number
Hey Sharon! if you search for the county GIS or PARCEL VIEWER in whatever county you're looking, you'll be able to input the parcel number, and it will "usually" pull up the address, or at a bare minimum the plot lines for the piece of property!

haha not 100% derek. We use it as one source of our comparables. But you're totally right, they can often be WAY off, but as an average it works if used correctly :)
Why not use Zillow? No, it is not 100% accurate but it is a wonderful tool with a lot to offer for inventors looking for property. I have a GREAT hammer and it does a lot of great work for me... but I never use it to torque the head bolts on my engines. Nor... do I use the torque wrench to smack nails into wood.
How can you find out if everyone has been notified, or no title, or has an IRS lien?
Hey 777, This is all done at the county courhouse, under the county recorder usually. You'll have to check the title on the person's name, under both grantor and grantee, and see what's attached to their name.
