they don't have to be sexual, they choose to be sexual, that does not directly interfere with their talent or ability, it's just that it makes you uncomfortable. Interestingly down here in NZ they just play it on the radio uncensored but on the Ellen show they wanted Benee to censor it. I'm normally bored by swearing in songs. Its just lazy. Hi, i just found your channel (Jinjer referred to one of your videos) and wanted to recommend a song: „Sons of Winter and Stars“ by Wintersun, they recorded a live session for that song and -equally to seeing Jinjer for the first time - they are just amazing. Its 12 minutes but worth every Second in my opinion
I think her energy of not coming across that sad is part of the energy. It might be a kiwi thing, but its like, self-deprecating and joking about being sad without fully engaging with it? We would call it "taking the piss" 😅
