Have been in the market for two new chairs as we’ve slowly been upgrading our home office and doing it to a high spec. Chair has been the hardest choice and this channel is helping a lot! I'm not sold on the styling of the Anda, but definitely think I'll be picking up one of these chairs for my second desk (separating the WFH life with the gaming life). I'd love to see a long test of the Anda, since even the thickest seats can deflate uncomfortably.

You might want to sit on one for a few hours first. Don't buy it direct coz I read on the reviews elsewhere that you won't be able to return it. I sat on the kaiser 3 for a few days, the seat was the best ever but the back was hard and not ergonomic for me, the lumbar support mechanism was not good, the head cushion pushes your head too forward giving you a neckache and when you remove it the back of the seat is hard on your head. I got more comfort and was able to sit longer on my head height office chair that has foam for cushioning. Also you will need to get those rollerblade wheels coz the wheels given are plastic, and the seat does not raise that high. I really did not want to return it but I had to. We all have different body shapes to be honest and alot of people are really satisfied but I, along with a very few, are regretting g it.

I hope it works for you, I am in the process of returning the Kaiser 3 because the lumbar support is terrible in my opinion, digs into , rather that supporting your back. It's the most uncomfortable seat in terms of back support that I've ever sat in. I can't believe it gets such good reviews.
@@spencer5123 Thank you for mentioning this as I was still trying to decide between these and something else. I already have issues with my tailbone, so learning about the sore lumbar, I think I'll be giving it a pass.
No reviewer had said this but when I was attaching the base of the Andaseat Kaiser 3 you can remove the arms and move them up. They have holes under the chair to do that. I am guessing this is for people who may buy that desk or tray attachment. I have yet to see it for sell.

7:40 this is what I was looking for, a lot of the "plushie" cushions just heat up and become so soft you bottom out or the shape of the seat becomes wrong. Firmer aught to be better to an extent. Been watching your for a while now you're so good at this. Jealous :)

Sorry to hear you are still having trouble. I am currently about 2.5 months post op and should be able to be done with the brace in the next week or so. Return to sport will take much longer but at least free of this thing.
@@EagleMitch yeah that brace is a PIA. I am a chair reviewer, so I test chairs continually. I will say that I enjoy the chair every time I sit in it, but it’s not my favorite. Great video! So I have a herniated disc in my lower back. I like the look of the Kaiser and that it is a larger chair (I am 6'2" around 200 lbs), but it sounds like the Titan would be better for my back which honestly is the most import thing. Do you think the permanent lump in the Kaiser would be a bad thing for those that struggle with lower back pain?
I would say it may not be noticeable enough to hurt a herniated disc. For overall comfort, I recommend the Kaiser 3 over the Evo 2022! The back is also harder on the evo 2022! If you're not glued to the idea of a racing style gaming chair, I always recommend a more traditional office chair to folks with more severe back issues. With the higher end chairs and David Crandall, you also get free returns, which the racing style gaming chairs don't offer! There are a lot around the same price range! You should do another review on the Kaiser 3. Curios to see how the seat held up. In the market for a new chair and Kaiser looks good but I don't want to invest on something that will deflate and feel like cardboard in the long run! I do work from home and game so I'll be sitting for more than 8hrs on it so just curious about it.

Hey all, so bc I’m a solo creator and constantly reviewing chairs, I don’t get a lot of time to do longer term reviews. I will say it’s one of my favorite chairs to take a nap on at the studio when I need a power nap to get through the day and the long drive home from the studio.
I have some ideas I want to execute (for example, sending chairs home with friends to sit on for longer periods of time and then asking their thoughts), but it’s not easy to do! I hear all the feedback and want to continue evolving in content ideas, so appreciate your feedback!

Anda Seat chairs do not deflate, their cushioning is supreme.. I own one.
Great video! Very detailed comparison! I think I'll go for the Anda Kaiser 3 though because the marginal benefit I'll get in some areas - like the lumbar support - does not explain the huge price difference, so, in terms of value for money ratio, Secretlab Titan scores much lower. One thing that I would really love to see in your video is the magnetic area, how adjustable is it in terms of height.
Thanks for the kind words! I prefer the Kaiser 3 and recommend it more now over the Titan Evo 2022 because it's just a lot softer. As for the headrest magnet, where I have it positioned in the video is the lowest it'll go...I should have done the highest too! apologies!

I got another mesh chair from nouhas. On sale for a good price and is for 6’ 2”. Thought it was a winner but think that I need more padding for my butt and legs. I get hemorrhoids after sitting for long periods of time. I understand there is a lot that goes in to this problem and I’m trying many different things in diet. But only starting happening this much when I’ve switched rolls to be on my computer for hours at a time.

just bought a titan evo and received it last week, going off your prior videos on it. I was surprised how hard and non-plush the Evo is. It's not uncomfortable, just... not really pleasant
you are better off having a chair that starts off as stiff.. A chair that is immediately comfy will wear out and become less so quicker.
Dam the kaiser 3 isn't sold in Canada. I'm currently looking for a softer chair compared to my Aeron due to a sit bone injury. I bought a leap but that was still too hard for me. Was looking at a 2022 secretlab titan evo since the seat was flat, but was scared off due to people saying it's even firmer than most officer chairs. (And the squeaking/wobbly arm rests.)

how well does the secretlabs headrest work on the andaseat kaiser 3??
I have 2 secretlab omega softweave 2018's (when they first released) and they still look new. Just ordered the 2022 edition for all the added upgrades.
Unrelated but I also have the HM Logitech embody and it gives me searing pain near my shoulder blades. I'm 6' 155. Returning it and saving a whole rack lol

@@flyinggorilla7108 I did. I would say the 2018 versions have a hard seat. The new 2022 titan version is noticeably softer but still quite firm. It's something you have to get used to. My main concern with the 2022 titan is the arm rests are way too high and won't go under my desk. Otherwise it's a really nice chair and high quality especially the softweave.

@@lance4454 I actually had the Omega. Only thing I didnt like was the lumbar pillow felt awkward to me. What do you think of the built in lumbar is it enough? I honestly don't like the gaming embodys seat you can feel the pixels digging in.

@@flyinggorilla7108 Yea the chair came in a while ago. Super comfy, the fabric is similar to to female business pants but sturdier. The fabric doesn’t smell like anything other than new clothes. I’m 5’6” and it’s just low enough for me to flat foot but doesn’t go much lower. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the recline spring is really weak, you kinda have to encourage it to move after you lift the lever. All in all it’s a great chair for the price with inconveniences that I can be ok with. Spent a few weeks deciding on what chair that I can sit with my legs folded that can recline all the way back while being stable and happy I got this one
When I saw you sitting in these chairs, they looked pretty good. Luke however, made them look absolutely tiny. I appreciate the comparison here, as I'm 5'8" and was having a hard time visualizing how I'd fit into them.

Best slippers ever. Being Asian, I never wore shoes in the house and never understood why my non Asian friends did it. Now I understand. I go sockless in the summer and my feet stay dry. Interesting I have back issues and both chairs and I prefer the lumbar of the Kaiser
First of all, I was very happy with how fast this item was delivered. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxYR69rUVDfF56JHQRldV2uJeXaPA9LTZW It came a day before the listed delivery date, which was super great! I was able to assemble it myself with no difficult and I am not an engineer or a put-it-together expert. The chair is super comfortable, I play video games for roughly 3-4 hours at a time and it does not make my back hurt or neck hurt. The Reclining function actually surprised me because it goes very low, you could fall asleep on it ( and in fact i have while laying on it with a foot rest for my legs). The red is a bold choice and I usually stay away but I love how the red and black contrast looks on this type of material. The wheels on this chair are very very quiet, I have wood vinyl in my apartment and there is absolutely no noise. OVERALL, I WOULD RECOMMEND or BUY IT AGAIN !

Ugh that’s a really hard one. My man Luke actually picked this chair out of a few $1,000 chairs he tried but mostly bc he’s a bigger dude and wanted something for his head/shoulders
Why not try this? Go with a refurb first, since return policy is SOLID with Crandall and if you don’t like it, then return and try the gaming? please consider use my links for the chairs, helps the channel a LOT!
The remanufactured leap will be better long term investment. This chair looks like it would need to be replaced after 5 years. For the cost, the chair is worth it if you really need the vertical position. I currently own the Amia and would not recommend it until there is a remanufactured version. The OEM seats are very thin and uncomfortable.
Is it also suitable for slim people?
I want a nice soft chair, and for that reason alone i'll be going with the Kaiser 3, probably the black leather version in XL. It's also over £200 cheaper than the equivalent Evo 2022 here in the UK which is a huge difference.
What about durability of the chairs? Do you think AndaSeat will start peeling faster becouse its softer, if you compare it to PU leather of the Secretlab Titan Evo?
I recommend going with fabric. I forgot to mention it, but I recommend that for breathability in general!

Only issue I'm having at this moment, is that I ordered both seats and the secretlabs came within a couple days and the Anda seat has yet to been shipped. It has been a week since the order. Messaged them for an update 2 days ago and they have yet to reply. Customer service for Anda is trash, shipping time is trash... but worth the wait and headache for $200 in savings? We will see.

I can't seem to pick between these two, the Andaseat Phantom 3 (cheaper but still decently sized) or the Nouhause Ergo3d. My main issue is I have a bad tailbone and have to perch on the front of my crappy $100 office chair (with my purple cushion) in order to do much of anything. This is very bad posture and cuases a lot of burning in my shoulders and back (for obvious reasons) but I can't seem to get comfortable. The chair I have also has a mesh back, so when I try to sit back, the plastic frame digs into my right shoulder, especially while using the mouse.
The Nouhause looks good because the back is a lot higher, the chair also seems more open vs the 'gaming' type chairs, but the hard frame has me concerned. Any advice?
If you have a bad tailbone, I wouldn't recommend either. I would go for a used Steelcase Amia at Crandall Office!

Great video but I have lower back problems..I’m debating whether to get Logitech’s Herman Miller embody or andaseat Kaiser 3
So I am of the opinion you should go with the embody. They have a better reputation for warranty + returns. Just wondering what you can sit on longer with out getting sore? the Titan evo or the Kaiser 3? I am trying to figure out which one I should go with since I do WFH with long hours. Not sure if it matters on the titan evo if I am over the recommended weight limit of 180? on the small. vs the kaiser with a weight limit of 260 which I do fall under.

13:44 Correction, I have the Kaiser 3 and that other knob completely makes the lumbar support flat.. I don't know why you're still feeling it. It's literally flat if you put your hand to it.
I wonder if the magnetic pillow will work higher up if you are slightly taller like 6 foot to 6 foot 1 or so!?
At that height, recommend you go with the XL!

The flat lean back feature on gaming chairs is the reason why I can't decide on gaming vs office chair.
Dude. I used to say that feature was SO dumb. Then I tried it and ate my words so hard. I legit think the Kaiser 3 can be an office chair - more so than the titan evo 2022 bc of the cushioning

For people with serious back issues, I always recommend the higher end chairs as they put more in r&d, and so will have a higher chance of being the right fit!
After watching this video im even more confused. Im watching reviews of chairs for about 2 weeks and still didnt buy anything xD I would buy Markus but he have too high armrests for my desk so. I love design of secretlab, for me i's 10/10 but its more expensive and im not sure about firmness, rly hard choice, if i find a good office chair than its always too high for my desk or their armrests are moving all over the place... I just bought a secretlabs for 570 usd but the anda seat is going for 419 with shipping and it feels like its the same but for far less
I do recommend the Anda Seat over the secretlab...I really think it has more universal appeal than the Secretlab, although the fabric quality of the secretlab is better!

And I guess the other fear I have is that the Anda Warranty feels like it doesn’t stack up to the SecretLabs one, it feels more like “corporate level of warranty” that might mot cover some stuff.
Whereas as the Secretlabs feels like they cover more under less restrictions and have been around for longer.
Whats your takeaway? Cause I don’t want to feel like I’m just giving an extra 160 yo secretlab for a name

@@thechazz8080 So I think youir concern about the seat cushion is valid - anytime you have plushier foam, you risk flattening it over time, whereas the Secretlab isn't going anywhere. Downside though, is people get numb butt after a bit on the SL. In terms of warranty, I don't have enough concrete data to know what's what. One of the benefits of the SL is that if you keep it in good condition, you'll prob be able to resell for more bc of the brand recognition and go Andaseat then! If you haven't picked up, please consider using my link! Helps the channel a LOT! Let me know what you decide!
I have the Titan EVO and I dislike it (I am actively trying to return it). Not only is the seat way too firm, but the back is straight and also too firm. All of the high-end office chairs that Ahnestly reviews have an S-shape back to match the curve of your back, but not these gaming chairs.
Realize that there are 2 types of firm cushions: firm/hard & firm/soft. Neither will break down, but the firm/hard provides little/no cushion. The Titan EVO is definitely firm/hard. I can't speak to the Anda chair, but it cannot be more uncomfortable than the Titan and it is cheaper. I would suggest returning the Titan and getting the Anda. Or better yet, buy a proper office chair. Anhestly has many videos on them as does the BTODtv TH-cam channel.
FYI: I bought the Titan EVO based on the glowing reviews and expected it to be my _forever_ chair. I am disappointed that I have to find something else.

But its comfy in certain ways and the best part was the build quality

I’m trying it again for the 3rd night but I honestly feel okay with it and doesnt feel like it will explode like the past office chairs I have owned

And I would honestly be wary of the Anda.
I did end up doing research on it after I left these comments and one thing I found out was not many people on social media actually used it (I checked the hashtag and the tags)
And it feels it has a quarter of the presence that Secret labs, I would honestly he slightly wary since you and I feel unsure about it

Last year I bought my son a cheap gt racer chair for Xmas. My son acted happy but didn't want to hurt my feelings. Months later I sat in his chair and it was awful. If you leaned back at all you could feel the 2 bars up the sides of the back. Will this be an issue in either of these chairs?

A note about the heat, that's purely because the Kaiser is leather; it's a reason why many avoid leather seats altogether.
Kind of. You sink into the Kaiser's cushions more, most likely adding more heat buildup. Whereas on the Secretlab, you're sitting much more on "top" of the cushion because it is a lot more firm

The arms are removable! As for studying guitar many hours, it could be a good fit but you will get hotter in this chair compared to some others out there!

Really informative video! I had a secretlab, the build quality was amazing but I returned it, simply because it was very uncomfortable! It is a shame that they keep trying to sell them as if the hard as concrete seat is good for your posture! They should simply soften their cushion because sooner or later brands such Anda Seat will take the lead in market share! I am gonna try Anda Seat in a store and if it is as comfortable as you say it is, I am gonna pull the trigger! I dont care if the build quality is slightly worse than Secretlab, I just need a comfortable chair! Good job for the video

I have a 2020 Titan XL and yes the seat is stiff at first, but after breaking it in it's perfectly fine.
I did exactly that and no regrets the kaiser was miles ahead in terms of comfort
I also have a 2020 Titan XL. The armrest is slowly wearing down, but it's fine since it's only at the edges. The seat is still hard, so "breaking it in" definitely did not work. I'm 5'10, 200 lbs. I'm thinking of getting a new chair, and the most important thing for me right now is the back support. Pro tip if you're as tall as me avoid these gaming chairs, they will absolutely mess with your shoulders, you'll forever feel trapped. To me, both chairs sound awful.

Really hard question. If you think you’ll want pure bliss mode and you want more shoulder/head support, Kaiser. If you are more upright, and don’t like being hot in a chair, probably Amia! Let me know what you decide and please consider using my links!

I ordered a andaseat but somehow my linen seat order switched to pvc leather. Tried to chat, email, Facebook, Twitter, Impossible to fix it or cancel. Zero communication.
I went through the whole refund process, they do communicate but, they are 12 hours ahead so they respond at 2a.m. pst.

what about the protruding lumbar support on the kaiser 3 that this video said will push against your back in recline mode?
It’s really not that bad, just noticeable. If you recline all the way, could be annoying but if you’re doing like 135 degrees, not so bad. The seat padding makes up for it compared to all the other gaming chairs I’ve tested!!!

i just bought this for me and my brother and it arrived with incompatible magswap pads on both chairs. they don't fit on the magnet. If I dont find a fix im asking for a refund

Good Evening. In Greece, anda seat only provides a 2-year warranty. You can't take the 3+ years. It only gives these in the US where the company itself sells. I am very concerned about this and now it is behind secretlab. i feel that it is not the same quality of chair that i will buy compared to the usa🙄For me, unfortunately, secretlab is a one-way street. I really liked it, I was ready to order it even though it is delivered in 4-5 weeks, but the fact that it does not give everyone the same guarantee raises questions about all its positives

Hm those aren’t very helpful categories to understand your wants/desires. I recommend you start here where I recommend chairs based on body type and height and then if you find a couple chairs you think can accommodate, might be able to help from there!

If you need a footrest, the chair is not adjusted for you. This is a HUGE downside of gaming chairs; they have almost no ergonomic adjustments.

I have had mine for about a year. I have no complaints; besides, I added a back pillow for extra support and the plushcell armrest. I use it for work and school, so I sit in it for 8+ hours daily. Sorry, yours did not meet your expectations. It is a good chair, IMO.

Really wish the AndaSeat Kaiser 3 (and other AndaSeats) had a better warranty..... ONE year warranty! That is so lame for that price point of $750 AUD. Secret Labs offer 5 for the same price in theirs and you go to the local office works and their warranty's are 15 years for a $350 office ergo chair.
Maybe you can pass on some feedback to these guys? As I personally wouldn't touch anything with that amount of warranty.

Gaming chairs suck. I had a Techin Mobile and then I got a Musso both were bad but the Techin was better. I needed a new chair so I got Affirm credit to get an AndaSeat Kaiser 3. I got it because the Secretlab was more and the seat didn't look thick enough. My other two chairs sucked that I had to sit on a chair cushion due to the fact I could feel the frame. I watched a ton of videos and I really didn't want an office chair. I like being able to adjust the back so I don't feel like I am pushed forward. I got the AndaSeat Kaiser 3 and have to say out of the 3 gaming chairs I have ever owned this so far is the best. It is the only gaming chair I ever own where my head touches the head pillow when I am sitting up straight. I like how the back of the chair is sitting forward whereas the other I owed the back was sitting a tad back. Do you have a video on the footrest? this chair is fine if I have shoes on but, when off if I sit all the way back into the chair my feet don't touch the floor. I have feet on my desk, which can be used as a footrest but I like something better
