Nice lap, speed through many corners was really good. I am this year finally going with non-stock tyres and new suspension. AD09 as well, just 245/40r18. Can't wait to try it ;)

Hi, great video, what is your wheel aligment like? did you lower the car?
Car is slightly lower than stock due to the different suspension. Wheels are with -3.2° camber with neutral toe up front, and -2.5° in the back with 1mm of toe in.

Awesome driving and car, congratulations! What steerting geometry settings do you recommend and do the H&R stabis make a difference? Why didn't you go with 18"?
Thank you! I have -3.2° of camber in the front and 0mm of toe. The stabis were a great upgrade, they will keep the body roll in check vs. the stock ones. I am using medium in the front and hard in the back. I went to 17" because 1) you save a lot of money in tires, I pay for 255 40 R17 the same 225 40 R18 costed - 255 35 R18 were 40-50€ per tire more, 2) it saves a bit of weight.

Thank you! Not in the works. I don't see enough reasons for the change. Also with the modifications I made to the car in the mean time, I believe I have a superior package to the MK2.

Have you observed the oil pressure drops that some people are reporting? Do you overfill or have oil baffles?
I never observed the oil pressure dropping to 0. No baffles. I have more oil in my system due to the oil cooler (around 500ml more). The cooler oil also allows the system to keep the pressure slightly higher. I keep the oil at max.
I'm pretty sure it's illegal for other cars to drive in front of the GRY😄
Got my GRY2 on order and now the waiting game starts, the bloody thing still needs to be built

Whats your opinion on Ad09 vs A052 ?
A052 will be the 1 lap hero tire. The steering feel of the ad09 is nice with the stiffer sidewall, they will hold the pace longer than the A052, and take longer to wear out.
What is that noise when you go full throttle? Is it the Intake?
In take + exhaust. Not an exhaust note just the air rushing through
Can you tell me if the exhaust is standard?
It is. The removal of the rear seats and all the interior trim in the back allows for all the noise.

Is this Yaris the Rallye Edition or just the standard?
In Germany is called high performance pack. It came with the red brake calipers, stiffer anti roll bars, forged BBS wheels, and the limited slip differentials.

That BMW driver didn't want to be passed did he? Maybe it was a trick of the camera angles but it looked like it was understeering a little?
No he didn't... idk why because it was a muuuch slower car. The bmw definitely overcooked the corner.
@@GreatMotorsno no, I meant the yaris, I think with the fisheye effect, the yaris looked like it was pushing in the corners,
@@billharpur9529 car was very neutral. You will have some push from this platform on corner exit when you go full on gas.
