@@SwurvGamingBut I dont know how well nanite and RT match together. Because with nanite the detail of every mesh changes with each move and with it the way the rays are reflected, this could be a problem.
More impressive then the graphics is, that he never crashes into other cars while speeding through the city. If I play that kind of games I always pinball through the streets. ^^
The cars look amazing for sure. There are lot of small details in the world, but imagine CP2077 had hand-crafted textures like in Star citizen. Im not comparing the two, for me SC looks better cause of all the little things. But its nice to know that thats still not it for CP2077. But improving the rays wont get us far, since even the 4090 cant handle it without upscaling. Maybe in 2 GPU generations we will get playable raytracing with a justifyable performance impact.
Hey I've been playing around with this - GONKweather + your custom INI -- unfortunately it didn't seem to change anything at all visually, and I have all options on high, some on ultra, RT on and RT light on medium. I also tried NovaLUT Pure 2.2 on top of it -- when NovaLUT is active, it bleaches out the "orange overload" of the game and greatly improves that color grading aspect, but nothing else comes close to your videos at all. Especially vehicles, which look no better than 3D modeled game cars with really nice reflections. I tried all the weather options (I have your mod prioritized after weathermancer which was the default in Vortex anyway) and the rain/light rain settings only enable the sound of rain, but no visuals of it. Sandstorm greatly oranges the hell out of everything and looks highly bizarre. One other issue I'm noticing is that depth of field seems to have no effect when it's toggled on so I have virtually 0 bokeh and the far distance has the same exact sharpness as close-up objects I can't seem to figure out what's going wrong but something is definitely "off" with my setup. I have absolutely no visual mods aside from GONKweather, HD Reworked and of course custom settings in the GFX menu. In case it means anything, I have a Radeon 9 7950x3d.
@aming nope but I can try that. In this video, the only mod that's creating the entire effect is Gonkweather? Also, just a thought, could this be a load order issue? Maybe I should have it load last
Gonkweather and my ini where i disable restir gi and use 1 bounce 6 rays for walking. The only bugs people reported on the Nexus page were clouds flickering during sunny sunset and over exposure at noon in some locations. No one's had issues otherwise so far.
@aming Just tried manually installing - the game still just looks stock with color improvements...I really don't get where the disconnect is with my setup, it's very frustrating. Even if I use just Nova LUT, it looks good and everything is sharp and clear, but I don't seem to have any depth of field and the overall look just isn't photorealistic, but more like the stock game with colors dramatically improved
@@SwurvGaming Ok, tried two more things and I think most of the issue is resolved...I already had the gfx settings on Intel Xe Super Sampling, but set it to Ultra instead of Auto, plus RT lighting on Ultra. Completely reinstalled the mod manually and restarted the PC, now it looks much different. It's still missing something that's impossible to describe but I do think it's because Intel XE Super Sampling is the only option we get with Radeon until Radeon decides to actually support this game for once! I might try ReShade for bokeh optimization. I do notice that when crouched and the vignette appears, the quality seems to really kick up due to the optical illusion...I'm sure some normal distance blur would enhance that even more
Max settings path traced. "4k" dlss perf, Ray reconstruction on. All the mods are in description. I get 50-70fps with fake frames. I can get higher and more stable if I turned down the population density and use restir gi
Ya there's tons of meshes that don't have the "use Ray traced shadows from original geometry " ticked off. I'm trying to make a mod that checks that box off for these meshes but it takes forever. Probably be done in a couple months hopefully lol
I wish the emissives on the wheel were also red instead pf blue but goddamn i love this
This weekend can't come fast enough!
Mind blowing! Bro your video deserves million views!
why tho? he just plays a videogame its not like he made the game or the mods he is using...
@@hopefullyApro that is where you are wrong. He makes his own mod.
You maxed out the lighting, truly reveals the blockiness of the assets
Hopefully the sequel improves on that. With all that ue5 nanite stuff
They were ment to be blocky.

I crash alot, it's just edited out in the videos 😆

What is that dismiss stuff? It looks kinda cool what mod is it?
It's vehicle summon tweaks

what is the fps you're getting on this mod and what graphics settings do you use?

How people are using original game soundtracks in their videos. Don't you afraid for the copyright strikes?
Well this channel isn't monetized. So far nothing has happened.
how do you get not so good draw distance to work on 2.11? it crashes every time for me
Do you have that material override mod? I had to get rid of it to use it.
yeah i do, ill try without and see if it works
Keep in mind. If you remove material override, if you use the other lod mods (arch and deco) I don't think they'll work. Could be wrong though
what black magic is this?
