Silent Hill 2 Remake Higher than Epic Settings | 4k DLSS Performance
The game ran pretty bad, but I did add things that went beyond the epic settings in the base game.

Used Frams Boumas Camera Mod for Color Grading. It is a paywalled mod but I think it is very useful for both users and authors. It also works with most UE5 games and he also has camera mods for other AAA games too.

Ofcourse you can also use reshade to brighten things up and add saturation. Though that is adding those things ontop of the original colorgrading. So it will be different to get similar results.
*WARNING vanilla rain looks bad at times with the color grading changes.
recommend to download "rain reducer" on nexusmods. This will help improve the rain in the game.

This is the power of Path Tracing people. Realistic Light Refraction and Bouncing is what achieves this. Give this another couple years and we genuinely won't be able to distinguish video games from reality.

It still baffles me that this is real-time. Seeing those cars on the street one could make the error to think they are real. It is amazing what is possible these days. What would my 14 year old self say watching this? Back then I imagined the day games look as good as the Final Fantasy VII intro cinematic. Much happend since then and now every mobile could play a better looking version of that intro. Amazing.

This is honestly just unbelievable. It's the greatest technical achievement in a video game, of all time. Finally reached a point where it looks like a real, tangible place. This is a real leap forward in graphics that has moved us into a whole new era of what's possible. Still haven't played this yet. Hoping to play this first time in VR, 4K per eye micro-OLED, with the best PC I can get - full pathrtracing.
