Now who doesn't like a sausage roll,and the fact that they're home made is even better,never thought about caramelized onions in the meat,sounds tasty,I bought a 6 pack of pork and bramley apple sausages that were reduced from the store last week and removed the skins and mixed in a couple of tbsp of apple sauce and made sausage rolls from that and they were delicious,I did notice that your paper template for the pastry size was almost the same depth as the your mat inside the red ruled edge so you could roll it out so it fitted just inside that edge(not a criticism just an observation),another good job well done Graham and Wendy
Hi Richard I bet your sausage rolls were good. You’re already on a winner with the sausages being pork and bramley apple. I said to Wendy the paper is about the same size as the mat between the red lines. I think she concentrates so had on the pastry making she get carried away and forgets. I said if she keeps in the center it has a 6 inch ring. I didn’t realise for ages either, you don’t criticise mate you help. thanks for pointing that out Richard 👏👏👏👏👌👍

Graham and Wendy, another great video. My wife makes them but adds the packet sage and onion stuffing mix. Can add it straight from the packet or mixed with some hot water. Prob 25% stuffing mix to 75% sausage meat. No onions though. We cant wait for the new video to come out each time.

Very good graham, my wife says add a tad of ground black pepper if you give them a go. Its all trial and error this cooking till the ingredients, cooking times and temps are worked out. You both do some great food. We try ad many as we can.

That was so funny when you mentioned the doggy poo bags, had me crying with laughter. I've picked up my fair share of them in the past. Sausage rolls looked really good, I must try the onion mixture, I've bought it in ALDI but so easy to make, especially in small batches.

you two are at it again. wendy you made petes eyes water when you were unwrapping the sausage meat. you both must have been living the life of riley with the comments that you are making. wendy has got that pastry off to a T, and she has a real conveyor system going making those sausage rolls and they are perfect . will be doing these tomorrow. That was on Airfry the couple of minutes longer you didn’t push the button for bake, my opinion is airfry would be better than bake, I only use bake for a cake … They look lovely well done Wendy ❤

Hi Brian, thank you mate we like a laugh. It’s no good taking us to seriously is it. Well except with Wendy’s baking. Yes you can get the two tins side by side in the hysapientia. We’ve found some cakes cook better in two 1lb tins than one 2lb tin 👋👋👋👋👋👍

Here's poor little ole me sitting with my tin of cheap out of date sardines and 1 week old stale bread, I cannot afford butter, and up pops my favourite TH-camrs with Wendy doing all the graft as usual and Graham Scorsese behind the camera directing the latest blockbuster epic from the "Wendy and Graham Film Studios." Those sausage rolls look fabulous as does everything you cook. I never knew how caramelised onions were made and now I have learned something new. I think Greggs are getting expensive. That flour shaker thingy is overkill and I bet that is perhaps the only time it gets used. I am going back to my sardines depressed 😭. I am still open for food parcels. This is turning into a food porn channel.
