- Hiya! Welcome to another what i eat in a week video. I really enjoy making these videos, because I love sharing healthy recipes and inspiration with you, and it's also helps me stay creative in the kitchen!
Consistency is key. Which is why I believe that when it comes to home cooked meals, recipes need to be quick and easy without sacrificing flavour or nutrition. I love savory breakfasts, fresh fruits and veggies, poultry, fish and seafood! One of my goals this year is to gain and maintain more muscle, which is why I've started challenging myself to eat more protein in a day.
