You won’t see many tourist places in my videos, I rather like to show the “real” sides of each country in my videos. Where do the local people go to eat? Where do they hang out? How do the locals travel through the country? Stuff like that.

I feel like the Philippines are so underrated in terms of tourism. So many islands to explore it would probably take years to discover even half of them :) Good job Ken showcasting Cebu island. I hope you will visit Palawan as well and do a road trip there. The nature is really spectacular and not as much traffic.

Hey bro I love your videos, it showcases our culture and beautiful places here in Cebu. With regards to the parking fee, it is usual here in Philippines that when you leave your vehicle outside an establishment or on the streets someone will voluntarily act as an attendant and oversee your vehicle but since it is voluntary you are not obliged to pay them it's up to you if you would give them something like change or coins, any amount will do as long as you give it voluntarily also.

    Hi Ken.
Always good to see your videos.
Keep up the good vibes and enjoy the road.
BTW at McDonalds the guy who placed the cardboard on top of your bike seat… the purpose of that is to keep it from heating to much. It’s a curtesy to you.
    Be safe and strong 💪.

Chasing sunsets , I think that’s mostly what you’re doing in the Philippines . I’m sure you’ll get your epic sunset soon . Pineapples don’t grow on trees, I come from Mindanao very close to the pineapple plantations of DelMonte Phil which is in Bukidnon . If you travel to Dahilayan Manolo Fortich travelling on a motorcycle will be much cooler coz its up in the mountains and the sunsets are just as epic . Take care Ken , I like your vlogs, it’s raw and “at the moment “

Coconuts, the tree and the mature fruit in visayan is "lubi", and the young ones are called "butong". In tagalog the tree and the mature fruits are called "niyog" and the young one's are "buko".

You actually seem to be initially traveling at the edge of a rain cloud =D Yes, electrolytes-filled coconut water is the best way to hydrate ü
Oh wow, what a day's adventure, Ken! And can't help but be amused at the missing shower head holder in a new room =D -so typical. Otherwise, seems like it's not a bad place at all based on your next-day video. Please travel safely along the main roads esp. during even a drizzle as most forms of transportation in the Philippines, as you may now well know, aren't all in top condition particularly in the countryside, hence, there are bound to be oil or grease leaks on the road and you know that oil and water are a bad mix, so travel safely. Cheers.

Wow kuya Ken, you are amazing! 6 hours is a long time to travel by motorbike, but it's not the destination, but the journey! Parking is always free especially the small towns but you can give tips to the attendant, if you want. I'm glad no one was hurt on that accident. By the way in front of that McDonald's where you stopped, was "Mang Inasal" (Barbecue chicken) which is much better food. Are you going to Bantayan Island? You can take a Shipping Ferry from Hagnaya Port (San Remigio town) to Santa Fe Port (Bantayan Island), it's a RO-RO (Roll on-Roll out) so you can take your motorbike. Things to do are Omagieca Mangrove Garden, Ogtong Cave Cove, Kota Park and Ruins, Kota Beach and Paradise Beach. Have fun and be safe! Thanks for your hard work!

The old man asked for parking fee is normal around towns, they usually watch over your bike and cover it with cardboards so the seats dont get hot or wet. It only cost 5 Pesos min. Sometimes they would help you maneuver the bike out of parking when it gets too crowded. But you're not required to pay them, its mostly out of courtesy or whatever it is.

And yeah about the parking, sometimes at any parking area here in Philippines especially in the motorcycle parking area there's one guy who will guide you and look out for your motor while you're away and put some carton in your seat so it will not be heated from the sun, when you're leaving they tend to ask for a tip just a small change any amount you like to give.

Wow, such a loooooog journey. 6 hours riding on the road, l can feel the pain on your back and butt. Anyway, it's amazing tagging along virtually, enjoying those scenic views along the journey. Accommodation is okay and the tips given are very useful indeed. Beautiful beach and the view is incredibly lovely. Magnificent drone footage, great content, epic video. Thanks for posting. I certainly appreciate all your hard work. Take care and be safe on the road, Ken.

There was no parking fee, but some guys just try to make a little money by assisting you in some way, such as covering your seat with cardboard. Ultimately, it's up to you. You can't blame them for trying to earn a few pesos, right? 😋

You can also try Jollibee which Filipinos love. It competes with McDo locally or some locals would say more popular than McDo 🙂
