Prepare to separate Preparation (8) in 2 containers. One is to be added in the peanut candy, and the other is to be added black sesame candy. Mix well the one in white, then the black. 11. Get ready for 2 rice cake containers. Brush little oil inside. 12. Preparation (9), is to be poured into the containers up to 80% volume. Hit the container onto the working desk to release the air in the containers. Cover them up. Steps: 1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame. 2. Put rice cake in wok. 3. Steam them at high flame for 1 hour and 15 minutes. 4. On the other side, boil up a pot of water. Add in hot water in the wok for every 20 minutes. 5. Steam well. Turn off fire. 6. Open the cover, wait for cooling down. 7. Put a red date at the centre on top of each of the rice cake. 8. Complete. 可樂年糕
材料:
可樂2罐
