    I know this was an answer to that specific question but I was hoping you would be able to answer whether it would be safe to lift for someone who hasn't been working out long or maybe not at all before getting pregnant. Like me, I only started working out a couple weeks before I found out that I'm pregnant and I'm getting a whole lot of conflicting information too but I want to have a really healthy pregnancy. I'll definitely talk to my doctor, was just hoping this was finally the answer I've been looking for when I saw this pop up - lol!

    Jessie you read my mind! I just found out yesterday that I'm pregnant with baby #2 :) I wish I had this video my first pregnancy.

    Hey Jessie! Would love to know how long you nursed for? Baby boy and I are at 6 months, which I'm so thankful for but I am timid to workout very much or very hard for fear of decreasing supply. Just curious if you have any tips besides drinking water, water, water! I know that is SO, so important. Thanks Jessie! You are my #1 source of motivation. 💕

      Jessie Hilgenberg it was...just found out I'm 5 weeks pregnant...had started the gym..and got my diet clean and healthy
      ..5 months ago...I'm loving the change so far so you can imagine how worried I was about letting go of my workouts. And then I came across your video..music to my ears..thanks much.

    I was wondering about amino. I take Xtend BCAAs and I stopped cuz i was worried. Thank you! I switched from a regular whey protein but switched to mommi prenatal whey protein. I'm glad I don't have to give up my BCAA
