  • LET'S TALK MACROS!!!! In this week's vlog I'm walking you through my personal My Fitness Pal log of everything I ate and logged today. This vlog kicks ass...I take you with me as I prepare and pack my meals for the day, prepare and chow down on my favorite breakfast and get in an AWESOME upper body workout at Independence Gym in Scottsdale, Arizona. As always :) my day ends with my love bug - she is getting big SO fast...she has mastered standing up using the furniture...I just know that walking is right around the corner. Slow down, Sammie!!

    I am so confused how you don't have 100 times more likes and comments this video is PERFECT for any fitness conscious girls! So in depth which is what some other channels lack. Thanks a bunch! :_)

      +JordyPaigefitness Her videos are fantastic. She needs to change the title of the videos to a more searchable title. Her title information needs to go in the show more section. There are other tricks but that is the first problem.

    Hi Jessie, thanks for posting this video. I also log my foods on myfitnesspal, but I include olive oil which I used to cook chicken breast, oven roast sweet potatoes etc. I find this can add up to 400 calories a day! Do you also log olive oil or doesn't it matter too much? I'm trying to decide if I should continue logging it or not.

    What is your caloric intake? How are you counting your macros? I'm using myfitnesspal swelling and I'm using 40% carbs, 40% protein, 20% fat of 1600 calories. I'm 5'6" 131 lbs and I'm trying to yoke up. Any suggestions??

    Do you count macros regularly? Or, do. you only count macros when preparing for a competition/photo shoot? I'm just curious, because I know a lot of people who count macros and get great results! By the way, you look amazing! :)

      Hi! In my opinion, you shouldn't have to ever starve yourself of nutrients when your body needs them. Of course, you know your body best, so my advice is to always treat it well!

    Would anyone help me figure my macros? How how does it add up?

      Hi, thanks for asking! For men, you can calculate your macros by using this equation: BMR = 66 + ( 6.2 × weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 × height in inches ) - ( 6.76 × age in years )

      themuellahs it would be super hard to keep sugar under 15g with a bunch of fruit. I hardly ever eat fruit.
