Those pizzas looked good, man! Been making pizza for a while now using Vito's method, and They're getting better and better. Definitely going to be trying the star pizza 🤤. Great video Vito!
I was on holiday in japan about 5 to 10 years ago and had eaten so much Japanese food that i needed to get my hands on a pizza. I accidentally ordered a pizza that was just the sauce and garlic but it was so well made i didn't even mind. Ended up getting pizza the next three days haha
I love it! I can learn so much from your content. My family impressed by what I have learned. This inspired my husband to redo the back yard, and is planning on building a pizza oven! thank you!
How did peppe make the tomato reduction? Those are the little secrets I would like to learn more about so not making same old pizza for the family. Thanks. You're the best!!!
Thanks Vito for showing all your skills pizza is my favourite food and it’s so much fun to practise making them at home now! Each pizza gets better and better
Thank you!!! I learned to make pizza since living in japan for 8 years. But I didn’t know about this place! I’ll be sure to take my wife there for real pizza soon!❤
Enjoyed this from Tokyo!.. will try both places soon. Been trying NY style lately just because there are so many truly fantastic Napoli style pizzas in town. Arigato.!
Hello vitto, good collarative video between Giovanni and you! As always, pizza conquering new countries. Above all new cultures Long live pizza. I am curious about the yellow sauce that I put on the pizza dedicated to Japan in Pepe's pizzeria, what is it called or what is it made of? Because he didn't say it was! Thank you and may the successes and that of your collaborators continue. From Colombia South America big hug.
@@avoosl Cordial greetings, thank you very much for the answer, it seemed like a cream to me, I was really curious because in Asian culture they usually put different toppings on food and the one that is most frequently repeated in Japan and Korea is that kind of yellow cream in food and bread salty now I see it in pizzas. By chance you will know what they call that sauce or cream in Japan. Thank you very much and happy life. and excuse the will. Hug.
Hey vito, i really want to try and make a pizza with your dough. I do have a stone for in the oven, but the max my oven can go is 230 celsius or 450 Fahrenheit. Do you have any tips if this is possible?
I really like all your videos about pizza, and I've tried making it even though the results weren't very good because my oven wasn't good. I hope you can make a video about how to make a good and cheap wood oven pizza.
Vito I have been following you for a long time. I feel like a TV deal is coming your way soon! You should be judging on Hulu’s “best in dough” I also think you should write a pizza book. Dough recipes!
Scared of what? It's an italian making a italian pizza outside italy not a real japanese person. What italian are scared of is when people fuck over pizza recipe with useless shit like pineapples, thats offensive to me.
I'm planning a trip to Tokyo next year so I'm interested, but should I eat pizza in Japan? I'm a little unsure. Should I eat Japanese food in Naples? Those pizzas at Peppe certainly look good though!
There's a couple world class pizzerias in Tokyo but you're better off focusing on Japanese food since it'll be the best place to actually try Japanese food. But if you do want a break you can try Pizza Studio Tamaki, Pizza Strada or Seirinkan
Guys,…. Great video. I had mentioned before however you really need to put on your calendar to come to South Louisiana Cajun country! You need to try this pizzeria here! ( Deano’s Pizza ) Guys, I have been cooking all my life, yes I say it’s good, it’s good! You need to try this!
You guys should come to try the south american pizza, Brazil and Argentina here are the 2 countries with more italian ascendancy in the world outside from Italy of course.
I think it would be fun if you can do some commentary videos. You judge other people making pizza. I think it will be fun to see your reaction but also to hear you give tips.
The best pizza in Japan is Tintarella in Kashiwa city near Tokyo. He is number 1 and Vera Napolitana association for all Kanto area. He was invited to go world championship in Italie next week.
I hear many people say: Why would I trust this pizza? he is not Italian. "You have to be Italian to make a good pizza. If not, it will not taste right no matter how many hours you practice". Anyone can learn anything if they really put passion, time, practice, patience and discipline into learning. It's like saying: Here Luigi, make a good pizza.. it must be good because you're Italian. Except, Luigi is a mammoni who never even boiled an egg before.
What was your favorite?
Well, I want to try all of them! well the margarita pizza looked awesome, I cannot choose, I want all!
I like the star is my favorite
Impossible to choose both seems so perfect😋😋😋
The first star pizza was very cool, like calzones attached to a Margherita.
The last one, Seirinkan, looks ideal for me - 2 options on the menu. Winner winner pizza dinner.
Those pizzas looked good, man! Been making pizza for a while now using Vito's method, and They're getting better and better. Definitely going to be trying the star pizza 🤤. Great video Vito!

The only problem with Japanese Pizza is that their really expensive for some reason.
@@greatninja2590 well they have to import the ingredients probably....
Togheter we are going to travel all around the world my friend!! Next videos would be even greater!
Come to Poland :)
I love it! I can learn so much from your content. My family impressed by what I have learned. This inspired my husband to redo the back yard, and is planning on building a pizza oven! thank you!
When You say „This is even better than mine”… You are such a nice and kind person! Greetings, Vito!
Can't believe how good that pizza looks. We need a video on how to make those tomato and basil reductions Vito!
How did peppe make the tomato reduction? Those are the little secrets I would like to learn more about so not making same old pizza for the family.
Thanks. You're the best!!!
Love it!! First pizza looks more interesting. Second pizza still looks amazing!!
Sempre al top con Giovanni

Vamoooo Vitooooo!!!! AGUANTE LA MASA!!!!! Graciassss por lo que haces!!!
Very cool!!!!!
I think I prefer the first one.
Hey vito, i really want to try and make a pizza with your dough. I do have a stone for in the oven, but the max my oven can go is 230 celsius or 450 Fahrenheit. Do you have any tips if this is possible?
That star calzone pizza looked interesting.
I am loving this series... keep finding the best in the world!
Vito can you make calzone in one of your videos , that would be cool to see and learn from maestro!!!
I really like all your videos about pizza, and I've tried making it even though the results weren't very good because my oven wasn't good. I hope you can make a video about how to make a good and cheap wood oven pizza.
Good and cheap generally don't work that well together
My dad is amazing ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Ok now I’m making Pizza tonight… Both looked amazing!!!

Sorry if somebody asked already but what is the yellow sauce that was piped onto the second pizza?
Vito do you use the same amount of yeast no matter how much poolish you make?
Italians should be scared....what ever the Japanese dedicate their minds to results in absolute perfection.

Good video Vito. Nothing better than authentic Italino Pizza though.
What brands of the ingredients are best/ better than the rest?
Used to make these stars for special customers. Guy from Italy showed me the method.
Awesome! I'm going to try it!!
The first place looks upbeat and the location is convenient. Will venture to visit both in 2023.
Awesome!! Get ready man- I’m going to make a pizza spot on the east coast that changes the game!!
In Brazil this pizza is called volcanic edge pizza😋
No, but New Haven, CT DOES!!!
