To make Aura and Mare forget about making the children cross dress, Ainz brought up their creator (Bukubukuchagma) that she made them cross dress cause they are special. If other children do the same thing then that takes away their specialty; which made Mare pretty upset that they both dropped the idea right away.
In addition to that, Ainz somewhat manipulate their emotions by stating that if they make everyone (not just children) cross dress, then it would spread bukubukuchagma's love to others and that causes mare to get mad thinking about sharing the supreme being love to others outside nazarick
It was a bit of a deception, but not necessarily a lie on Ainz’s part. I don’t blame him, I wouldn’t want to be in(much less be in charge of) a country that forces people to crossdress either. He even admitted that BukuBuku Chagama would probably be uncomfortable if she were to visit a country like that.
Pandora's Actor is such a cool npc to have even if he is a little cringey in his design/actions. Being able to mimic all the guild members and use their equipment makes him pretty op if he is guarding the guild vault.
Apparently Ainz made him when he was going through a phase of liking 1930s German uniforms (Japan doesn’t always teach well of the horrors Germany or Japan conducted in WW2 plus Ainz didn’t complete middle school) and thought they were cool. Unfortunately there are many phases that we go through that we look back on and think are embarrassing.
Keep in mind that the Floor Guardians take after their creators, so it's not unreasonable to expect Pandora's Actor to be the same in that regards. The most obvious example is that Ainz likes to item hoard, as does Pandora's Actor. Both of them also seem to enjoy theatrics in an attempt to look cool, course in Ainz's case all of Nazarick will applaud him, but in PA's case not so much. It's very likely that PA has Ainz's other traits such as being overly cautious, valuing knowledge/intel, and prep time.
The lip bugs allow those without vocal cords to speak or to have a different voice. it wasn't really explained in depth but you first see one when Entoma lip bug was killed making her have to speak with her natural bug voice. this was why she maid the remark of wanting Evileyes voice to replace hers. The way the lipbugs gain a new voice is by eating the vocal cords of someone thus attaining their voice
Also its not that he doesn't see albedo and the others as npc he see's them as his guildmates children. he dosnt see anyone as a npc he is just truly losing his humanity every time he gets corrected by the world show to us by the green aura best showcase of this is season 1 ep 1 where he says i killed someone but felt nothing he sees them as people just dosnt feel anything about the actions done around him or by him. the moment he acts human he is corrected by the world to be and act undead.
Not only that they enjoy the shows they watch, instead of bashing everything , or forgetting these are works of fiction and missing the point, taking things out of context. We really had people out here calling Lloyd a pervert for picking up Anya to celebrate her getting into school, reaching for the moon to slander Spy x Family. Others show how little they care for story and complain about not having action. Building up to those moments is what gives the action meaning, but there are reactors that JUST want characters swingin from minute 1 or "its trash"

The lipbug was the same thing the insect maid, Entoma, used when she fought against Blue Rose in season 2. Ainz is using it because people are already familiar with his voice is Momon from Darkness. So he's going around with it so no one will suspect that Ainz and Momon are one in the same.

Fun none spoiler facts. The maids are lvl 1 npcs with the ability to dont get tired. But they consume alot of food which was showed in earlier seasons. Next one is about negredo wich was never showed in the anime. Negredo is albedos sister, she resides in 6 floor if i remember correctly and is a guardian for the jail in nazaric. She was created as a monster who is always lookin for her child. In the secound season when demiurge kidnapped some of the citizens of the capital negredo and pestonia (the dog maid) rescued the infants. Which was against the order so they were put in the jail themselves.
I think, with the season 4's 2nd part looking promising, this season could be the best. Lots of people saying the witch of falling kingdom is the best arc
I don’t know if you realized it, but all of the concerns that the people addressed to Momon(PA) were common practices in the Re Estize Kingdom. They still conscript the common wealth as soldiers for war, and the practice of human slavery was only recently outlawed. Though some nobles still practiced the act even after the prohibition of slavery.
A cool part that was cut out was how ainz convinced the adventurer's guild chief to work with him. He pulled out the most accurate map of the territory that existed and pointing outside of it said, "what's over here?". The guild master remained without words, the only thing he could say was "no-one knows". Then Ainz explained how his undead soldiers are perfect for war but are useless in exploration and gave him the adventurer talk.
You were correct. Ainz had the lip bug speak for him since he didn't think to change his voice when he was acting as Momon and people know that voice. It would sound weird if they got to know Ainz and he has the same voice as Momon. Thus, he uses the lip bug so that when the population deals with "Ainz" he doesn't sound the same as Momon. In the novel Ains had to clarify to Pandora´s actor that even if he was his "son", if he had to decide between letting him or one of the floor guardians die, he would be ditching him.

Ainz's proposition for Adventuring and exploring the unknown world reminds me of my journey playing Genshin. At first, we start the game by exploring the unknown world of Teyvat, meeting new people and challenges and going to new places for the first time. Ainz's proposition was tempting because he wants Adventurers to be more than just errand guys.
One other thing i want to mention is at first i thought ainz was just incredibly lucky, like maxing the luck stat. But the further we go into the story im beginnings to wonder what if this is all part of his plan that he being oblivious to the event is just a plot twist. We can see he is very smart. He is a great negotiator. And is actually thinking years ahead for his nation. This is just my opinion but whith each episod (im readin light novel too) im getting more and more sure about my theory
The funny thing is, there's a possibility his friends were still in the game, but were only their level 1 alt character instead and are just suffering being a nobody with no power, instead of like Ainz being OP.
Follow up of the arrest: Pestonya and Nigredo were arrested during in the Arc of the Eight Fingers heist (when Demiurge capture some humans from the city) because they went against Ainz orders and tried to save the humans captured. While Ainz forgives them, Albeado was mad furious about what they had done and both of them were arrested until Albedo could calm down. It is not said but Yuri Alpha was the one asking Ainz to release them because she needs their help to run the Orphanage. Details about their character (this info was disclosed in previous chapters of the Novel, but if you don't want to know about their details just don't read the rest of the info) . . . . . . . . . . Pestonya is a High Priest and a High-leveled cleric, so her wish to save the humans captured by Demiurge may come from her class. She can cast the highest ranking of holy magic and is the best NPC healer in all of Nazarick. Nigredo is the older sister of Albedo. She is specialized in information gathering, anti-espionage and espionage. It is assumed that her level is over 90. She was the one who located Shalltear after the brainwashing.
Nigredo and pestonya saved children that demiurge stole from kingdom, that's why they captured them and put them in frozen prison. But don't worry, they killed all of the kaids, so no information was leaked.
Ainz was using a lip bug to make sure people don't connect his voice with that of Momon's. Even tho they can 100% fool everyone with Pandora's Actor, Ainz has always been extra careful. A real PvP player.

So interesting bit about pandora actor, all the NPCs gained a bit of their creators personality when coming to the new world, Pandora is the only NPC who can sorta understand how stressful and taxing it is to be " The Overlord " its why he tries to be more friendly and personal with Ainz, to help ease some of that stress and loneliness
Fun fact about Pandora's actor: Since Pandora would be alone protecting the treasury, Ainz made it so Pandora would have hobbies in repairing and maintaning magical object stored in the treasury so he would'nt feel lonely and such. but because of it Pandora became abit more obsessed regarding his hobbies, that he'd have withdrawal by not having any magical items on him

It would sound weird if they got to know Ainz and he has the same voice as Momon. Thus, he uses the lip bug so that when the population deals with "Ainz" he doesn't sound the same as Momon. Ainz's proposition for Adventuring and exploring the unknown world reminds me of my journey playing Genshin.
At first, we start the game by exploring the unknown world of Teyvat, meeting new people and challenges and going to new places for the first time. Ainz's proposition was tempting because he wants Adventurers to be more than just errand guys.
Ainz is HIMSELF is an adventurer from a foreign land with his guildmates.
One other thing i want to mention is at first i thought ainz was just incredibly lucky, like maxing the luck stat. But the further we go into the story im beginnings to wonder what if this is all part of his plan that he being oblivious to the event is just a plot twist. We can see he is very smart. He is a great negotiator. And is actually thinking years ahead for his nation. This is just my opinion but whith each episod (im readin light novel too) im getting more and more sure about my theory

Pestonya and Nigredo were arrested during in the Arc of the Eight Fingers heist (when Demiurge capture some humans from the city) because they went against Ainz orders and tried to save the humans captured. While Ainz forgives them, Albeado was mad furious about what they had done and both of them were arrested until Albedo could calm down.
It is not said but Yuri Alpha was the one asking Ainz to release them because she needs their help to run the Orphanage.

So interesting bit about pandora actor, all the NPCs gained a bit of their creators personality when coming to the new world, Pandora is the only NPC who can sorta understand how stressful and taxing it is to be " The Overlord " its why he tries to be more friendly and personal with Ainz, to help ease some of that stress and loneliness
Fun fact about Pandora's actor:
Since Pandora would be alone protecting the treasury,
Ainz made it so Pandora would have hobbies in repairing and maintaning magical object stored in the treasury so he would'nt feel lonely and such. but because of it Pandora became abit more obsessed regarding his hobbies, that he'd have withdrawal by not having any magical items on him
just to heads up the floor guardians are so loyal to Ainz that they can't betray him
