Unfortunately the lug that came with my CCCP doesn’t fit with the Palmetto Lug they issued with my AK. I’m out of luck. Good to know some others have an opportunity to use them.

There is a TH-cam video showing the folding knife working on a ak47.. all you have to do is file the part that goes around the muzzle brake to get it to work. I'm going to buy that smaller fixed blade one you show in this video and custom fit it to my rifle.
@@HisDadsBar My apologies. After further investigation my ak47 has a different bayonet lug as yours and is smaller. I have a pioneer arms ak47 from Poland.
the bigger cccp knife will fit (with some minor work) IF you get a larger AK muzzle break. The knife loop will fit on the tip of it.

It doesn’t fit in the latch either. Maybe you will need to file that part too. Enjoy

@@garyallen9840 the surplus bayonet is a fantastic bayonet. They are more money but so satisfying to look at.
how is the overall quality of the bayonets? Is the steel any good, sharp etc? Worth 10$?
As I said I bought it so you didn’t have to. Pretty but pointless.
