For those people who are confused,,about it is fake or not ,the answer is it is real,and the reason why it changes to a downgraded miui version is because when an entirely new Emmc / UFS storage chip is installed,the software also needs to be installed again , and usually mobile phones are flashed with older versions by professionals ,not with the latest version!!
After Software upgrade from internet it will be the same
It's totally possible but in the video i see only one chip replacement, and if it was the ufs module it makes no sense because usually ram chips are soldered up to the processor (snapdragon i think)

FAKE. RAM is located above the cpu layer, so RAM chip is CPU chip too. If you want to upgrade the RAM, you have to upgrade the entire chipset.

This was fake because in the mobile first it was show security update time as 2022-08-01 but second time it show 2021-10-01 how it possible

If you change the ram you need reflash system, for that is brom/edl Mode to flash with that mode you need reflash with older system
