    It depends, I would say once you're on an advanced level you would already know how much to train, you train as you rest, if you can sleep 10h daily and eat a lot, train everyday for at least 3 hours, but for begginers, go everytime you find a little gap in "your program" or you have the hype, before losing it, and train as much as you like, it doesn't matter how much you train at the beggining, all it matters is making it a routine by going even for 30 minutes a day, you'll have time to make real progress later. Go as often as you can.

    Hi I’m a swimmer, now I know I’m more of a power athlete as I focus on short distance but my sessions require a lot of endurance. So should I do 2-3 days?

    Hey I’ve been using your app 1 month now for Wrestling I train BJJ but put my sport as wrestling regardless it has been amazing the training and the mobility it offers at the end has incfreased my strength endurance and mobility and no cap lot of clicks and pains in my knees and shoulders have went away as well I really think it has to do with the Olympic lifting that’s worked into the program. Really great stuff man. Hopefully one day in the future would love to train in person. Keep up the great work!!

      Yo this is awesome! Thank you so much. It really means a lot. If you don't mind me asking, would you write a review on the app store? It really does help with growing it and getting more athletes like yourself aware of it. Thanks again for the story. It really means a ton man

    Lift every other day, or lift every day just do certain body parts like classic bodybuilders. Remember to warm up ,do your mains, then cool down.

    Even this short is vague and application is dependant on your sport, if you have one. Your specific sport should have the majority of your time and weights are just a supplement. If you already have a good sport coach then he/she is already implementing weights into your sport movements anyways.

    Does boxing fall more under explosive or endurance?

    • @tjayythedon3270
      @tjayythedon3270 ปีที่แล้ว

      That is both but I’d lean explosive just don’t forget conditioning

    • @jeremiahelliott
      @jeremiahelliott 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      A combination of both IMO. However, considering all the cardio that's involved in a typical boxers regimen I would lean more towards cardio. Roadwork, bag work, jump roping, and shadow boxing are all cardio-intensive.

      A lot in the off season. 5 days a week, one day active recovery (endurance), the last day should be a full recovery day. During the season only 2 to 4 days a week depending on training and competition load.
