Extremly helpful video. Returning player here. Was a Full Footie Thursar up until my pause, but don't really look forward returning to it now that Elementalism is out. Was more the Solo Player after all, tho I have a nice PvP guild in my back still. So now thinking about making a full Sheevra Mage (skinny) or a human with focus on Necro/Ele. Really like the idea of being able to switch to melee and wearing heavy armor still. After all most skirmishes don't last that long that you need tons of mana as I would have as Sheevra and the human clade seems to be so good for the Ele AOE stuff.. then again Sheevra is really nice to pull out of fights and might be easier to solo play? Also more Intelligence/Psy might be so good for lots of magic going on. Hard to tell as I don't have that much experience, especially not with Ele. So I guess waiting for your Ele Video.. hopefully next week :D
Great build videos! Would you be able to revisit Pet based builds for PVP now that Beast Mastery patch is it? I feel like pets suck for PVP now but I'm probably missing any new nuances.
I run something similar but I'm too poor for necromancy lol. I run sheevra min height, age 55 (with age clade and lean I get 117 dex) 95 con and 107 int. Been having a blast with it, just wish I could have a teeny bit more primary points to have some mounted stuff. Does endurance not make much of a difference?
Are you still running Ritual on this character. I took Portal so im low on points and the ritual pets seem very squishy. thinking about dropping it and taking a bit of ele..
I feel like I missed some key points... I am very curious about the benefits of using a tower shield or any shield with this type of build. I'm kinda new to the game and currently have only played as a Dex mage, planning on diving into necromancy soon. You mentioned mana Regen doesn't happen unless you unequip the shield (assuming because the weight of the shield throws you well over the 2kg armor limit) so why use one at all if you can just parry with a dagger? Could save some primary action points from armor training right?
In PvP if they physically hit the shield it counts as an equipment hit, rather than just going through like PvE. Also, it helps to hide your attack animation.
Man, this build is almost 1 for 1 my Tindy build :D I have a bit more utility as a human obviously but I wish I went Alv at times for all the profession benefits
I'm new to the game and now dabbling in character creation trying to get to the stat numbers in this build but getting nowhere close. I selected everything like glade, height, weight, age and the try to distribute points to stats like Dex, Const and Int and run out of points before even getting close to the numbers in Mortaldata. Am I doing something wrong or are the numbers stated here more like end-game numbers? And if so how can I make sure I don't F-up the distribution points at character creation and regretting it later?
I have full vela, your Apex build. I already have much lores including pansar carapace etc that are very hard to get so its not an option delete this char.. In your opinion can i change bows to necromancy? and i still have taming, should i drop too? Thank you
Couple reasons, the fatter you get the more essential it is. Sometimes running isnt an option. All damage mitigated is better than some per swing. Def stance rarely would mean you survive an extra swing. You need to parry up if you want fast peels, if you run to narnia asking for peels nothing can catch your attacker.
@@Devildog0491 Any chance for a updated mortaldata? I tried dropping the mounted skills, maxing ecu, and adding elementalism stuff but was 150 points over.
@@losingwill8402 you can solo everything except the boss if you know what youre doing but idk what to tell you man, its a social game, make some friends

because stats and clades give bonus points. You see those + numbers in brackets? Those are bonus points that do not cost your action points.
i set age height weight size as you have and cant have same atributes, why?

You can yeah, I play apex as a semi necro, he has death hand and akh bond.
