One day perhaps you might let us look see in one of these grocery stores? I only have stores in America such as Publix, Kroger, Target, and Walmart. Nothing spectacular like what one finds in these quaint towns! I adore watching your videos because you seem to put your heart and soul into them. 😊
That kitchen downstairs is fabulous. At 77, stairs are challenging for me, and that one up to the bedrooms is downright frightening, would have to do something
I have to admit this one fooled me. After looking at the exterior, I didn't expect much. However, I was blown away once you entered in the space. Yes, i could absolutely see living in this one.
Gobsmacked Dave. What an exquisitely stunning property that is a total steal at that price. I am swooning over that ceiling in the kitchen. Dam, I would love to just move right in.
It is like a petite villa. The living room is a knockout!. The Juliette balcony is enough to sit near to enjoy the open air. A+ for move in ready to a high functioning small town.
The ceiling is beautiful ❤️ And you don't need a car, that's nice, public transportation to all wonderful places that Dave talks about and loves! It is a stunner and in Abruzzo. Thank you
Unfortunately you can only put skylights in roof space rooms as you have no access to external walls, and in these properties you often share external walls with neighbouring properties. I think it’s an amazing Italian townhouse
Overall it is not nice but amazing for that price ,show me the house with that much style and character anywhere in the world for that price ... That room on first floor can be converted to master bedroom so the spare bedrooms can be used for guests and storage
Well, there is a trailer down the road from me that costs more than this property. It comes complete with vinyl siding, shag carpet, and unemployed neighbors. Pretty sure I can manage in the dark bedrooms ;)
Absolutely stunning! I love all of the architectural details…the ceilings, etc. It is in such a great town as well. Whoever gets this place will be very lucky!
Wow! Wow! Wow! Both my husband and I agree this property would be perfect for us if we were ready to buy. Great location, easy access to everything. Not having an outdoor area isn't a problem. Like my husband said, you can either sit on your terrace and look at nature or you can actually get out and be in nature. I'm certain someone will snap this property up quickly!
Beautiful town and property! Funny, When you mentioned the possibility of a roof terrace, that was what I was thinking. I need some private outdoor space.
Wow that's right up my alley the inside perfect outside needs some work. Doubt it will be forsake in 2 months when I will ready. But hopefully there's others like this out there. Beautiful place
Very nice house. I would definitely have it as 3 bedrooms with living area downstairs. Beautiful, even could describe as stunning. Thank you for sharing 👏👍
Omg..... Dave you out done yourself on this one ! It's gorgeous, so nicely done , love the ground level those arched ceilings are so jaw dropping. I'd buy it very very affordable, unbelievable price 👍♥️
I think I would keep the lounge as it is, but I’d put in a folding glass ‘window’ wall with the small panels and have it folding back to the wall behind the stair railings. That would create a private sleeping space with a bathroom when there are guests, but keep it open for yourselves.
Amazing place, I wouldn't change much, maybe add a drain to the aircon cobdensate. Maybe, downstairs for lighting purposes, add some light sconces to eluminate the ceiling. Thanks for showing.
I haven't watched that many, but this is the 1st town that seems to have any greenery at all. Why don't towns have trees in them? I was in Italy many years ago but my memory isn't of such barren looking towns. Do people ever sit on the balconies, or are they seen as just an extension of the window & used for potted plants? Great kitchen, for sure. I suspect you don't see radiators because you said there was underfloor heating. It seems the wood flooring was laid incorrectly if they squeak to that degree. Sellers would be wise to fix them. How are prevalent are earthquakes in that region? Any properties along the west coast ?
FANTASTIC... If one were to want to do air b and b you can put a hall way from the first stairwell across the first floor to the upstairs. Make the first floor private with a door. Then there could be 2 rooms upstairs OR sleep upstairs and have an office and use the first floor as a bedroom with a shared kitchen diner/ living
Nice location but the bedrooms without proper windows would not be for me - I would feel suffocated. Perhaps, as you say, converting part of the first floor area, because the ground floor is delightful and has so much going for it.
david, beautiful house...if I am the one interested to buy, will be also asking for the house next door, to the right of the entrance door...if authorities permit, will make a garage on the main floor and top floor will convert to terrace that connect to living room on first floor of the house...then it will be really great property. tnx for videos, I am enjoy them.
This is very gorgeous not for old people. Stars are bad but it is gorgeous. I’m I’m a little bit like out in the country so I’m kinda used to that not so much in town.
Love the open floor plan. I would not close out the living space for a bedroom, that room is perfect. Like the 2.5 baths. But the best is the ground floor ceiling ... wow ... that's stunning.
I was really surprised by the beauty of this place! Love the ceilings, mixture of modern and historic design. There are slight changes i would do but other then that the place is amazing!
Well you are in a position ,because it is all in you mind How can you afford this and make it happen if you really want it , you will find a way . Good luck
I would also change the downstairs lighting, and where the big table is, I would remove that, and place a nice couch and comfy chairs in that area. I would take out the washing machine in that bathroom downstairs and make a stackable washer and dryer in the kitchen, or I think they have a one-unit washer/dryer nowadays. In the 2nd floor upstairs room, where the floor to ceiling windows are; I would build a connecting and wider balcony area to those windows. The 3rd floor is a bit closed in, but the better solution to that would be to add another skylight in the one bedroom that doesn't have one. You could change that area to a mezzanine type area overlooking the 2nd floor room. Maybe even change that small room with no skylight to a staircase room, leading to the roof that's just been finished, and make a bright room on the roof with a terrace area up on there. If that could not be done, then fill the area with bright white and pastel colors. The wooden beams seem heavy pressing down in those bedrooms. I would add a glass (plexiglass type material) panel leading up from the second floor room to the 3rd floor.
Beautiful property and great price. The downer for me, being an older person, would be that second open staircase with no hand rail. I would be terrified of falling
I so enjoy your stroll around the village before the property reveal. Such anticipation! Shame that the original personality of the property was limited to the ground floor. Superb reno, but I have to deduct points for extreme modernization. Thanks for your effort though.
Beautiful exposed brick ceiling with all you'd need for a kitchen. Great use of existing space. 2nd floor is quite spacious for entertainment needs and again, great use of existing space. Good sized bedrooms and well thought out bathrooms considering the space constraints of an older building design. Clever allotment of space.
The downstairs is beautiful, love the brickwork and arches... My thought is, they should've finished the outside near the roof, it just takes away from how nice the rest of it looks. Other than that, it is a nice looking place.
What an incredible place. The owners did a fantastic job remodeling it. I'd bet they removed some interior walls. These old places usually have pretty small rooms. Very few people could afford a place like this here in the US. Some little spot lights on the shoulders of the pillars on the ground floor would really set those ceilings off. Maybe even colored lights. It looks like they closed off windows on the 2nd floor and put those skylights in to get some light in there. Good find, Dominico! 😂😅😅 Ciao, Dave. 😊😊😊
I live in Cali if where everything is overpriced 😖…so we were looking at the Italian properties for 1 euro to design ourselves. It for this price, near the beach, great neighborhood and completely renovated, it’s a steal! It’s soo lovely as well! It would save us time, money and many many trips. Plus AC! 😱👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽😃 I’d add more lighting and for sure out up lights to focus on that beautiful ceiling like you mentioned downstairs. Make the living room an extra sleeping space with a sleeper couch 😂, and voila! Oh and add a staircase railing! 😉
Lovely property. I noticed the structural tie rod braces on the external of the building, one of which did not appear to be in proper contact with the building itself. These are normally fitted when the an external wall is bowing, is this a historic legacy or a current issue?
A railway station is a big plus if you're in the middle of nowhere. But honestly, a high risk earthquake zone is not where I want to live or own a second home. I hope you have found a buyer who is less risk-averse than me. For those unfamiliar with the classification: Raiano is in 'zone 1' (highest risk) according to the 2023 classification of the Civil Protection Department.

There are a million videos of Italian grocery stores on TH-cam.
¡Qué techos!
¡Qué remodelación!
¡Qué elegancia!
Preciosa.
Lamentablemente necesito una casa más grande.
Very stunning, no renovation. Great job.... !!!! I'm more of a Campania type of person , need to be by the coast.
That kitchen downstairs is fabulous. At 77, stairs are challenging for me, and that one up to the bedrooms is downright frightening, would have to do something
Oh! How lovely! Beautiful little town! Thanks for taking us through the outdoor market! I love these things!
Absolutely Georgous! This is the Best property that I've seen on this channel, Thank You! ❤😊
I have to admit this one fooled me. After looking at the exterior, I didn't expect much. However, I was blown away once you entered in the space. Yes, i could absolutely see living in this one.
I felt the same way! i was blown away by the inside! Stunning!
Definitely a beautiful place!
Gobsmacked Dave. What an exquisitely stunning property that is a total steal at that price. I am swooning over that ceiling in the kitchen. Dam, I would love to just move right in.
Wow what an incredible property

In love with that ceiling!!!!
Wouldn’t change a thing. Stunning property.

You and Domenico are very clever!
Adore the brick ceilings. The best property I've viewed on your show.
Beautiful, “stunning”. I love these old charming towns🍷
I'm in love! So tastefully done!
The ceiling is beautiful ❤️
And you don't need a car, that's nice, public transportation to all wonderful places that Dave talks about and loves!
It is a stunner and in Abruzzo.
Thank you
Outstanding
Overall, nice property. I love the star ceiling in the kitchen. However, the bedrooms lack lighting and seem a bit claustrophobic.
Unfortunately you can only put skylights in roof space rooms as you have no access to external walls, and in these properties you often share external walls with neighbouring properties. I think it’s an amazing Italian townhouse

І love the kitchen only
Well, there is a trailer down the road from me that costs more than this property. It comes complete with vinyl siding, shag carpet, and unemployed neighbors. Pretty sure I can manage in the dark bedrooms ;)
Amazing property, where I live you only get a parking space for that price
Of course you have done it again. There are many of these incredible bargains. You just have to find them. 👍

Of course I agree. It’s stunning and brilliant. I love this one so much!!
Beautiful town and property! Funny, When you mentioned the possibility of a roof terrace, that was what I was thinking. I need some private outdoor space.
Lovely space and town.
Wow that's right up my alley the inside perfect outside needs some work. Doubt it will be forsake in 2 months when I will ready. But hopefully there's others like this out there. Beautiful place
Beautiful!!! This is a winner!
Very nice house. I would definitely have it as 3 bedrooms with living area downstairs. Beautiful, even could describe as stunning. Thank you for sharing 👏👍

The vaulted ceiling blew me away. Really nice finishes throughout 👏. Domenico scored!
This is the best modernised house, I’ve seen.
Beautiful property. Will be in Abruzzo next and can’t wait to see what is available. Thanks so much for all your video content

Love it! It's a shame I can't buy in Italy with me being from NZ.....I can dream for when the laws change.
Absolutely Beautiful! I love the layout of the property! You've done it again! I watch these videos, because one day I will buy one. 🤞❤️
