I checked on the price - 39K. Unbelievable. I've been looking in this area, and for the money, this is great. The view is excellent and the fact that the layout can be used as is, without modifying the walls/space, saves a lot of $$. It just needs to have the paneling removed and some sprucing up.

Suggestions: it would be nice if you cover the yearly weather conditions. I.e. 200 days of sun. Or, get roughy 3 inches if snow. Or, it’s cold 4 months out of the year. Thank you in advance.

Big rooms and lovely view. I would put in a nice kitchen and do something about the wood paneling. The bathroom doesn't need anything. If it all is in working order, why get rid of it? Great apartment.

Very nice entrance.
I would rip out all the pine paneling..you talk about the tiles. Ceramic. ??? . I bet they are not.
Love the large rooms. Yet id hold out for a terrace.
