Here in Saudi Arabia the cx5 2.5 naturally asperated. full loaded (leather seat, bose system, blind spot system, back up camera, moon roof) price is the same price as cx9 base model 2.5 turbo charged (no leather seat, no bose system, no blind spot system, no moon roof) but it has back up camera. So iam, confuse betweem them and I have to decide one of them My age is 38 and there is my wife and 1 kid 2 years old only. So what is the right to choose as recommendation from your side if i will keep the car 10 years or more And fyi my old car is infiniti fx35 2007.
7:10 The windows are already double paned and the doors already had more noise canceling in the jambs. Dont think theres much u can do to cancel the noise of a semi-truck carrying several cars less than 5 feet next to you
@@proProcrastinatooor the guy reviewing mention that mazda should use double glaze windows which already is plus mazda has equipped double rubber seals on the door jamb so like the comment above what more can you do at this price range, mazda cx5 is the quietest in its class, more like premium brand

On the other hand, Toyotas and Hondas have mostly plastic interiors (that's why they have the Lexus and Acuras). But Mazda is at the top in terms of interior quality, fit and finish, second to none compared to Toyotas and Hondas.
I test drove a Carbon Edition today and I have to say I am very impressed the way the car drove. The fit and finish of the vehicle was above average in my opinion. I don't think anything in it class compares to this vehicle.
I got a 2023 top spec turbo. Sports mode is best not used, it simply keeps the transmission 1 gear higher than desirable. It’s a bit of a gimmick I think. Yes the ride could benefit from being a little softer but it is a sporty type of ride. I might try a slightly lower front tyre pressure.
I have a 2019 cx5 , 2.0 165 M6 . If there is one thing i would change , would be the wheels. I have 19" and i can feel that car is too high in some twisty roads. Maybe some 18" would be better. Other that than that, amazing car :D
The ride height will be the same no matter what size the rims. The smaller rims have bigger sidewall, this making the overall circumference the same as the 19" rims.
mazda does have double side windows. You are funny or does not know cars well that you complainted the noise come from that long haul truck. It s a big truck, any cars drive beside would 100% hear it.

Those 19in wheels cause u to feel the bumps and imperfections in the road much more, the smaller 17in wheels I got muffle and absorb shock significantly better and offer a more enjoyable ride than the 19 inch wheels. Tire sidewall height makes a huge difference atleast with these 2 models.
Check the pressure on the tires. Apparently Mazda ships them overinflated. The pressure on my cx5 was at 45 psi when I brought it home. Put it back to 35 psi (recommended) and the ride is much better on the 19 inch wheels.
I got 2022 mazda cx 5 and have a question. When pressing accelerator I can hear high frequncy like wind sound. It gets louder when I press accelerator harder is it normal?

@@mharthernandez6325 Yep but they said they can't hear it. Honestly I'm not sure they tested it or not. When I change my engine oil next time, I'll go another dealership anyway. I asked many people but it looks like only I have that experience

Yes which is good but it’s too much. I drive so many cars and Mazda has it tuned very high. The trans is definitely responsive and I like it.

CR says 19 only makes people feel a little of the road texture,but not harsh at all

My 6’ drivers have no issues in the front seats but the rear seats are a bit tight.
