    The separation was decided for me. I did not want my relationship to end or be ripped from my self and life . He is correct in what he says - my body is replaying memories of our life together all the time. My cells are grieving. If feels like I am in withdrawal from my ex and the life we had. I don't want to miss him but I do.

      +Swolbraham Lincoln I had the same experience. I tried listening to Osho but I had to give up since I didn't feel any inspiration...Sadhguru just has that special kind of 'magic' :)

      I like Sadguru so much and I listen to him almost every day. About Osho it is quite different, in fact I love him. I agree that Sadguru advises are more practical than Osho but there is sth in Osho that makes me crazy about him. He is just very different from everything that I have ever seen, maybe very pure and untouched.

    • @bryanwong5250
      @bryanwong5250 8 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      It's just simply different methods of expression.
      for osho, he was truly a mystic, he used abstract concepts to explain thus most people are having difficulty to understand him.
      I'm not saying Sadhguru is not a mystic, but he has certainly surpassed osho in terms of expressing himself and his explanations.

    • @sharonvelu4548
      @sharonvelu4548 8 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      I agree with you Bryan. Sadhguru has his own way to make ordinary people to understand life in more spiritual way. I think if one wants to continue his or her inner journey in more depth Osho's teaching will be the light in darkness. this is base on my own experience.

    • @bryanwong5250
      @bryanwong5250 8 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      Puvanes Velu Ordinary humans are not yet capable in reaching the understanding Of Osho's teachings, similar to the teachings of the Buddha.
      I would usually recommend, people to start by listening to Sadhguru's teachings and apply Osho's and The Buddha's teachings later onwards.

    It is painful because you give everything mentally, physically and emotionally to the person you love.

  • @anewloveofficial9137
    @anewloveofficial9137 7 ปีที่แล้ว +47

    You can never underestimate the pain of heartaches because it's almost the same intensity of being hurt physically or way more painful than it. Physical pain can heal immediately but emotional pain can last long more than a year and it depends on how you cope up with it. So we should bear with people who are suffering from emotional pain because we never know what they've been through.

    I broke with my wife who was the best lady any man could ever get in his entire life. She was a 100% asa mother, A sister, A daughter, Afriend , A nurse, A teacher, A best friend and a wondeful wife who has supported me financially, mentally, emotionally, morally, physically and has been with me in all hard times. I messed it up so much while I regret her absense every second. No solace or peace till date. I love my Batul the most in this world while no one can match her or replace her in thixs entire world.

      I'm sorry for your lose, friend. I can relate to your story in that I was like your wife. I had to let go because I wasn't getting what I needed (e.g., a family, a man to look up to, a man who could step up, a man who would protect me). The role reversal messed it up. What I had to do was COMPLETELY separate myself from my best friend to let myself heal like Sadhguru says. Not easy. I still have remnants of that memory but I am much better now (7 years later) than year one. I'm looking again... One who is compatible physically, mentally and spiritually. Very possible to find someone like that! Enjoy the journey, forgive yourself, and most importantly, LEARN about yourself! Watch more Sadhguru!

    I was in a toxic relationship too, just realized break-ups are a blessing... It's not negative to me *at all* except a side effect that wears off soon...
    After break-up, I found myself...my real self.. hard to put in words... M new... I realized my "realizing-self", it's true..now I get it... Shiva is beautiful, satyam shivam sundaram.

    In my opinion, Sadhguru is the wisest man I've ever met, even-thou just virtually, yet. When you try to argue about his words, you didn't get it. If you see more videos, if you change your way of thinking, you will understand that there is not best journey to go in logical way. You argue because everyone is different. Memories of people are different. By your data gathered he might be not right. Still his thoughts are synchronized with his spiritual body. In that way his thoughts are precious.

    It's not overly optimistic, it's 100% possible. Realization can happen in an instant to each and every one of us. Love is a state of being and not an action. It does not judge or differentiate between one thing or another.

    This confirms to me that attachment to someone is very much indeed a literal physical spiritual Engineering process.
    I recently got attached to someone compulsively and I just couldn't deny real things that's happening within me.. mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
    I just knew it was very very deep.

  • @Dharmaclock

    Thank you for your insight! It is true the physical memory of how it was is the most difficult part to let to from. Logically you know the other person has moved on and is no longer there but YOUR feelings, thoughts and LOVE make it very real like it happening now despite the truth. Every sight, sound, touch and smell are very deep in your core! Distancing yourself from someone that fills you with love makes it even worse to detach.

  • @nomad4k
    @nomad4k 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Wonderfully explained. I always took time after a break up - varies depending on how well I felt about a new relationship .. there was a bad abusive relationship that I was in for 3 years and it took me more than 2 years after the break up to recover and feel 100% again. So I ended up investing almost 6 years of my life into something that never worked out. What most people do not realize is that t is better to be single than to be in a bad relationship .. I think sadhguru is spot on with his memory concept of explaining break ups. Very accurate .. thankfully I realized this on my own through meditation and Buddhist / Hindu teachings about ten years ago when I had that bad break up I just described above.

    IMO he makes great sense. Thru your sight, your mind has a memory, but the mind is sort of in a constant state of flux, your thinking this right now, then a second later another thought arises. Thru touch your body remembers, but the body holds on to it much deeper, so it's much harder to let go. We are not our body/mind, they are intimate possessions of our but not us, so we need to create space btwn that and us, that way the pain of divorce is not so bad...

    I like that sadhguru sees the things how they are. Its sad that those things in modern society are treated like it was nothing fundamental in life. This leads to a "throw-away"-mentality from the society, where it is normal that you divorce or have above 3 relationships in life or already have a relationship when you are 13 years old. Im blessed that im 23 years old and don't have a relationship so far, makes me even more motivated to work on myself tho, especially after seeing sadhguru speaking about it. Thank you very much.

    "Why shouldn't I trust what I see?" - congratulations on asking an awesome question. I'm going to ask myself this question every day from now on. by all means trust your vision. but not the vision of the eyes, which leads mankind to hate one another, for surely our minds judge appearances quite prematurely out of prejudice, against people of many colors, tattoos, style of dress, etc.
    You have a vision of the future: Good. Trust insight.
    PS. So why hate if you want humanity to work together?

    Miss my ex so much. Six years and all we talked about was our love. So hurt she didn’t want to fight for it in the end when we had plans for the future. Hardest thing I have gone through...

      She left you ? No. Your innerself saved you from being with someone who cud have left for nothing but another human being. Sadhguru says- isn't it good that someone left you way early in life as they dnt deserve to enjoy the best years of your life with you.i wish you truest and honest love and relationship. Be upset, cry, get over it. Time wil heal this. It's just like any other wound. You can heal. Stay happy and enjoy it. Love will eventually come :) Namaste 🙏🏻🌻

    Divorce is a painful reality that shows that two individuals cannot live together anymore. Divorce is simply a peak of intoxication. It's the intoxication that triggers divorce. There is no need to go insane over it. Keep in mind that whatever happened has happened for good. Just move on and dont look back. If memories take one back to the wonderland they should remember the factor of intoxication that existed in the union. Instead of focusing on good memories one should focus on the reasons of the break up. People seperate and get together again to be seperated again. I have seen this many a time. Once my teacher said to me that separation is like a crack in a glass. You can glue it but the crack will always be there. If one is thinking about divorce or seperarion it simply means that they cannot live with thier spouse anymore. Imam ghazali said once its better to be alone than being with the bad company. Move on. Let the past go. If your ex is living thier life why the hell are you mourning over her 😁😁
