I questioned the deliveries for the last 2 days. It doesn't make sense that the deliveries went up so much in just 2 days, hence the potential positive news from Europe. That said, last last in April is strong and hopefully it continues into May.

Hi Mr. Odd! So, numbers increase is because they run from Sunday to Sunday. And April 29th and 30th numbers aren't included. This new report released today.... Wednesday gathered all deliveries for every day in April. With that said..... according to my math there was a difference of 2800 deliveries. And that would mean on Monday and Tuesday we did about 1400 deliveries each day!!! Imagine if we keep that up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope all is well! Hang in there Nio people that blue sky is definitely coming!!!
Great monthly number. Hope they can keep it up. on a separate subject, you have talking about short selling and failure to deliver, etc. Did you see what happened to DJT stock as they put pressure on short sellers and the stock went significantly.. Nio should learn from it
I have always believed that a bad economy doesn’t really affect luxury segment as much because the rich are able to better preserve their buying power.
A simple swat analysis could tell who will survive in the future. Xpeng and li auto is on the fence. No unique selling point. Xpeng might survive with their new Mona brand for low-end market, not sure. I doubt Li auto survival in the long as well. They reduced their yearly forcast from 800k to 550k. On the other side, a lot of catalysts on the pipeline: - onvo -firefly -baas(more affordable now) - nio phone 2 - nop+ - nio power partners. One thing worries me is the geopolitics. 🤞
Delivery numbers are strong. What happened to you always preaching about not relying on monthly deliveries? Looking forward to June earnings call to see if they can make improvement in vehicle margin and reducing R&D as % of sales. They are not out of the woods yet but break out above $5 could be encouraging to go back in.
@@TheOddInvestor the point I was trying to make, which I think you discuss in your videos, comes down ASP. If they are pushing more vehicles at lower price it doesn't help the company. I care more about their quarterly results. It would also be helpful if they gave us cash flown statement quarterly but we have to wait until end of the year. Not happy about that.
@@TheOddInvestor nope in fact bought more when it went down now at 5200 shares been holding for 4 years and not selling but the 5 dollar price does scare a lot of new investors plus at 5 big money institutions can buy and help it go higher

I don't think Nio delivered 2800 (actually 3000) in the last 2 days. This is why I believe there is a possibility that Nio is doing well in Europe
