I have a bag of the exact same design and layout for work at which I’m BLS-ish? But I’m studying Paramedicine at University. I’m finding it to be great and a lot easier to use!

Depends what you're using it for /how much you have to carry. Sounds like youd be better off going with the backpack if you want something with more storage capability. Whats nice about the backpack is that you can carry a ton of stuff, but on your back in a backpack form. For me, I have packed mine out pretty extensively and still carries pretty well on my back. That's where that shines. While it carries a lot, its big and not so practical as a car kit or bringing in smaller spaces. The professional trauma bag (reviewed in the other video) would be a better fit in those applications. Another thing with the backpack is that you have a lot more pocket storage vs loop storage. The professional trauma bag is great for smaller items that you want-organized neatly with elastic loops, but the backpack is better for bulky items that you just want to throw in. The other great thing about the backpack is that it comes with the color-coded module organizers which really help segregate supplies. Which bag works better for you basically comes down to what you're using it for. If you are an ambulance service using the bag as the jump bag, the backpack is probably the better option. If you are looking for a bag to keep in your vehicle as a first response kit, the professional trauma bag would most likely be better. Hope that helped!
I would like to see this bag with a full ALS loadout, I may contact KEMP to order one, I have yet to find the perfect ALS bag to accommodate a detailed ALS loadout, this bag has potential.... BDyer

Yeah same. It has all the compartments for it! it certainly does. If you get an IV organizer and intubation bag, you should be set.
