Im a longtime fan and Ive listened to Raven In The Grave a lot. This however sounds pretty bad. Is Sunes guitar a sample being played at the wrong speed or pitch? Makes the whole song sound very off. Sounds almost funny. However I dont really mind. Noone is perfect and overall Sune and Sharin are excellent musicians for the most part. However maybe just not right here LOL..
I actually like the setup, but yeah… it’s a funny and a little primitive constellation, but that can something to. I’ve also been a long time fan of Sune and the stuff he’s been doing over the years.
@@popovergaard But is he using a looper with that repeated guitar line here or why is this sounding so off? When I look at his hands it doesnt really match what I hear being played and the drums, bass and guitar doesnt really sync up fully. Poor Sharin LOL..
@@popovergaard Ok so thats the explanation. When I saw them in Stockholm in 2013(amazing show) it was Sune, Sharin and a drummer(think it was that same guy theyve used a lot but not sure) and they used prerecorded basslines for the songs where Sharin played guitar. That show sounded great as far as I remember(but also the loud volume might had hid a mistake or two that I might not had noticed). I remember Sune wearing a baseball cap for the entire show(probably because of the massive strobe lights they use). That band really loves their strobe lights. :-)
Brill thrill!
Sharin dancin for us all to join together with the band.
You are welcome :-) There where no drummer but Sune did a sample on the guitar pedal before the show and that is what you can here :-)))
Nice upload man, cheers!
@MikeyMcD45 Thanks :-))
sounds like backing tracks on an ipod, which is cool!

And yes for me The Raveonettes and Queens Of The Stone Age are the two bands Ive listened the most to over the last 12 or so years.
I remember it as he did the guitar-loop on his pedal, where he had the bass and drumbeat recorded.
