- Hi Star Wars collectors, in this video I take a look at the Top 10 Star War Legacy Collection figures I want repacked in to The Vintage Collection.
Now, of course, I would rather very figure we get be a brand new figure but repacks are a thing that wont be going away, and the Legacy Collection is rich with amazing figures. Imagine some of these on Vintage Kenner cards.

If you're a Nikto, you get hired in Jabba's Palace. 😄 I have zero Legacy Collection figures and want all of these, especially the original trilogy characters.
The Jawa and security droid from the legacy collection in my opinion should have been the one on the vintage collection card back. It was impossible to find at retail I got it from tunghori back in the day. It used to go for an insane amount of money on eBay but has since calm down about 50 a pop for a teeny Figure. It was a great line lots of awesome characters and sculpts.

Ugnaughts for sure! Why Hasbro released the Bespin Playset without them we will never know. Love the Jodo Kast and Ice Cream Man as well.

Brilliant video! Totally hits the nail on the head. My 10 would have been: Giran; Nysad; Hrchek Kal Fas; Wioslea; Ugnaught; Malakili (Rancor Keeper); Zuckuss (with repaint); Bespin Security Guard; Rebel Ground Crew Technician; and Yarna D'Al Gargan. Amazing that there are so many awesome Legacy collection figures yet to be re-released. Surely his is cheap option for Hasbro? Thanks for the cool video, BB.
Also Garindan , but i dont think he was offered in the legacy collection , id really like to see him in TVC .

All great choices! I would also love to see Snowspeeder Luke, Pons Limbic, R5-K6, the Rebel Ground Crew, Trinto Duaba, Yarna d'al Gargan and the Imperial Scanning Crewman/Tech on VC cards.

I was just looking at my Mandalorian figures in the vintage collection today, there are still so much that need to be made from that fine series. There are some characters that I'm worried that will never be made in the tvc line. We still need the Client, Imperial clone scientist, Tatooine female mechanic, frog lady, Mytherill, and of course Kuill. And that's mostly just from the first season, Hasbro is so behind. They could just make a 5 pack of these figures.
The Utai. I want a vintage card for the little Utai and maybe they can finally release that shorter one they teased back in 2009 and make it a 2 pack bubble thing like they did with the podracers

Man, you nailed it. Great top 10. Maybe I would only add Yarna with new paint apps, Trinto Duaba and the Death Star Droid Build a figure.

Another thing I could say about the legacy Collection was aside from the running main line of single packaged figures. The comic pack sets that were coming out we’re also excellent quality in choice of sculpts and characters. We had the dark empire Luke Skywalker and clone Emperor. The grand Admiral thrawn The visionary Jedi princess Leia and Darth Vader. Exar kun and ulic qel-droma. Lots of those are good vintage collection candidates.
Willrow, Mossep, bespin guard ( a generic one), for me zuckuss was already made with the exclusive 2 pack. Long snoot.
Bane malar would look so cool on a vintage card back. Great list Tim .

Pretty much with a few differences, soft goods etc.
I need Wioslea, I have most of the rest for the Barge, and cantina. the others like Bespin, I have from my original vintage. Good list tho.
A lot of those Legacy collection figures are very very expensive ! I passed on a lot of those and had them in my hand. It was pre-vintage collection and I had liquidated my old POTF2 , Ep1, POTJ and EpII lines ! Many opportunities to do some updates and switch them over to TVC
Wioslea is probably my favourite figure ever! Great choices!

I liked ur video and list but in my opinion we need some more important characters in the tvc such as Shaak Ti, Plo Koon, Pre Vizsla, Pong Krell, Episode 9 Kylo Ren, Count Dooku, Darth Revan, and Malak, Savage Opress, any of the Ghost crew, Clone commandos, Sun Fac rather than just random cantina aliens, but obviously thats just my opinion😅
We do, and a lot of them would be new figures. This is just about figures that could be easily made by Hasbro while they make the new ones
Luckily I picked up most of these around 7 years ago but I still paid a fair bit so I have the two ugnaughts £6.50 blue, £25 grey, Giran £18, Malakili £18, the two Bespin guards £2 each, Willrow, Nikto Gunner £18 - I would also add Yarna to the list - essential for Jabbas palace
I've got every one of those from the Legacy days, but most of them I'd buy again today. If only to get some great custom fodder. ;)
Solid list Bossk. I'd like to see the Kashyyyk trooper on vc. I love that look, camouflaged biker scout going on there. And the womp rat from the disturbance at lars homestead set. If Luke can bullseye them with his T-16, then it should fit in the bubble

The topic of this video was so good I couldn’t resist further mentioning the legacy Collection, other good runners for this TVC treatment.

Are these must haves? No.
But they had so many great characters and figures in the legacy collection. the concept figures I really think they should put those out in a vintage collection style packaging may be kind of like the credit collection. The things that they were doing back then just seem to be following the right track.

That Giran figure took me forever to find. You could get Coleman Trebor on a Saga card. Might I add Wuher the Bartender would be good on Vintage collection
Havent got the Wing Gaurds or that first one..I do have the Rancor Keeper, Wiosliea and the rest..K'Krukk was in the hand drawn animated Clone Wars series..a great figure..cool video..more Cantina figures for sure..cheers Tim🍺🍺🍻

Some great characters there, lots that I've never seen, pity money rears it head when wanting to own some of these, but as an old man, I think the blue Ugnaught should be the correct choice - never know, there could be a twin pack. My choice...I'd love a hanger/mechanic type guy from SW 👌🤘👍
ahhhh Wilrow Hood was gna be my pick but you snuck it in honorable mentions dangit! 😂 I guess Rum Sleg would be my backup? Another sweet background bounty hunter figure from Phantom Menace. Or honestly since they literally just announced him for the black series, the shirtless Darth Maul would be great that way they could bring back the 'Expanded Universe' logo or maybe now it would be 'Legends'
At 7:38 K' Kruhk was probably an Expanded Universe figure, by name, but J'Quille had been made in the 2012 VC collection (I don't have so I won't mind a 2023 re-release) and the less articulated 2003 collection (I do have). I like the overall mold and look in the continued from 2002 Power of The Jedi 2003 J'Quille (or movie Clone Wars EP II figures). J'Quille is seen as an alien around Jabba The Hutt's Throne Room in EP VI (ROJ). With 2003's J'Quille it is his smirk or smile face with bent down eye brows and teeth tusks not obnoxious that probably the VC one has. His skin and alien age spots are really cute. My personal award goes to 2003 for best mold rather than articulated reasons; and, a reason I am not upset not getting the VC version. Hopefully 2023 is great in 40th anniversary of 1983's ROJ!
J-Quille in TVC 2012? Not sure that exists Lawrence.

I'm sorry I was mistaken then because I thought I saw it the many 2012 at double store price comic book store pegs and skipped on it because I liked the 2003 one I had for mold (sold in 2004). I think it was the Ree-Yees then from Freeze Frame Ree-Yees I subconsciously skipped on. I'm really shocked doing K'Kruhk in the 2010 Legacy Collection they didn't do J'Quille of Jabbas palace (and a quick nod on Sarlaac Pit Jabba skiff ship). It's time for Hasbro to re-think J'Quille then! Luckily in the U.S. many $40-60 USD J'Quille's for sale of the 2004 one that I really like better than Chewbaccas.

Love hrchek kal fas and would love to see him in TVC as is. Also, I am a fan of the Blue Ugnaught over the Gray one. Hate to say it but I have never liked the Rancor Keeper - can’t stand that poncho, shirtless torso.

It would probably be the same list as they haven’t put any of them in TVC yet. LC has some great figures!
i have all of these except for the human bespin guard, ice cream man and jodo kast. when these dropped back in 2009 i had hawk eyes out for cool aliens 😆

We need a repack of the Weequay (Hunter). The one who was pushing Luke to the Sarlacc. I believe he was only available on the Fan channels.

Definitely Jedi Master K'Kruik. I collect jedi figures and him and Jocasta Nu are the only two of the top of my head outwith the second geonosis jedi pack that I'm hunting for. If I have them 3 I will probably have a full collection of jedi figures

This was the golden days of collecting TVC And the Legacy collection were running concurrently. around this time these particular mentions were ridiculously difficult to find. all of these should be added to the Vintage Collection. Mind you some people may worry about the slots they would take up. To be honest they could run all the way to 500 that would be a well rounded number anything beyond that I would consider excessive. However it does seem that they are focusing on newer characters from the new media rather than backlogging. Great video!
Just to clarify on this comment I believe Hasbro will backlog to finish their original 96. We may get some characters like this sprinkled around upcoming slots. But without knowing their full intentions for TVC I would imagine them wanting to Focus on more of the upcoming media ongoing into TVC if in fact it stays around for a longer duration.
I definitely need the ugnaught, I prefer the blue one.He was more prominent in the movie. But if hasbro give us either one of ugnaught, it will be amazing nonetheless but definitely have to include his accessories especially the carbon freezing chamber control panel. . Also, what you mentioned all the figures are needed in the tvc.

Great list! Would agree with all of those and would also add Jaina And Jacen Solo from the expanded universe. Those are the only 2 I didnt get from the legacy series. Funny, I was at a convention right when they were released and didn’t want to pay 30.00 for each and waited to find in store. Well never did and now would gladly pay 30.00 each LoL.

It would be cool to have them after we get all the vintage original or Sprinkled in
Comic 2 pack Assassin Droid , Jareal , Rolan Dyre, Delilah Blue . Also Jedi Nacanas Tassu , Jaster Mereel and Montross , Ulic Quel-Droma , Exar Kun,Tholme , Tra Saa , Lumiya , the entire Crimson Empire 6 pack , Trachta , Darth Nihl , Darth Maleval and the Joker Squad 6 pack!! Some are on the secondary market but wayy too pricey for my wallet!! Hahaha! Blessings!! :)
Can't really argue with anything on this list. Out of all, my most needed would be Kal Fas and badly! I'm sure most people would prefer the grey uniform Ugnaugt as he seemed to be a bit harder to find, so more than likely Hasbro will give us the blue version!
Ha! I just did a video on the 4-LOM/Zuckuss "controversy"! Technically, 4-LOM and Zuckuss are in the Vintage Collection. There was a special two-pack that came out in 2010, with the original naming mistake.
Yeah I have that set, but they are based on the Kenner versions rather than screen accuracy. Very cool set though Matt!

I got Hrchek Kal Fas, Leesub Sirln, Cloud City Wind Guard (Sergeant Edian) and Willrow Hood on clearance at equivalent of 2GBP each... I think both me and the store didn't realize its value back then 😂😂😂
I have every one of these except dark bespin guard( because I could never find him).This is was back before Disney messed with everything.I really hope Hasbro goes back to making more characters from all across the spectrum of media.
Luckily, I bought most of these retail at an actual store back in the day. Lot of them are vintage collection quality, but some need to be redone or tweaked. Those Bespin guards need to be redone and I would like another version of the ugnaught.
POTF Freeze Frame Zuckuss still the best one out there.
Zuckuss VCP02, I got him when it originally came out in the two pack. I see them not for over $150

Good list. I could see those all on vintage cardbacks as well. I don't know if I would purchase them, since I already have all the figures you mentioned except K'Kruhk?...is that right..I wasn't into expanded universe Jedi..but, I might get him if re-released. Zuckuss is a good figure, my only issue is, I wish they would have used soft goods on the torso as well...one soft good overcoat. It would have made it more like the original Kenner figure.

4- El Oh Em is how it is pronounced. Not 4- Lom. That Jedi in the two pack also came in a single regular package that I have stored away with my other packaged figures.

I might be in the minority on this one but I would love to see Ellorrs Madak on TVC. It blows me away they have such unnoticed character like manaman but not Ellorrs....he got a close up in cantina for god sakes lol
