The spider hose kit is next on my list from 034.. I can hear a few leaks from back there while pressure testing, still waiting on my throttle body boot though, it’s been 7 weeks now 😮💨 just living that Australian Audi life I guess 😅
I am really on the fence with those... I love the fact that it's a complete OEM interior, but they are definitely now the most worn out item in the interior and holding up the quality. I haven't decided if I want to restore them/replace with oem, or pull the trigger and get some nice bucket seats/or b6 Recaros. Thanks for the support by the way:) it means alot!
Hey mate, always great content. One of the best for these cars. I love how simple the process is for you to receive and upload updated tune files on both the s3 and the tt. In the tt do you still run the stock me7.5 ecu or is it aftermarket. It would be awesome to see a video on how you do it and what's involved. Cheers
It's such a fun platform. I've wanted one for so long and it's a blast to be able to change it so much. I'm glad I'm not the only one working on one. The community is awesome! Thank you again for the support:) it means alot.
@@HunterDirection It definitely is. I’m treating mine the same as you, basically just to learn as much as I can. I’ve done lots to it already, and I’m slowly nearing a turbo upgrade which is a bit scary but like anything else I just have to take my time. Just need to figure out which ones I want to go with. Hopefully you’ll do yours first so I’ll have another resource to gather info from!
@@samatics4 oh that sounds like an awesome project. Its a great one to learn on from what I've experienced so far. You will have to send me photos of it sometime! Yeah, I've also been researching turbo upgrades for it for a while now, but I've got a bunch of other preliminary mods to take care of first haha.
I really appreciate your channel. Great content! I have a 2001 s4 and am having issues with a bouncing idol and have logged errors with my O2 sensors, and once in a while I get a misfire error. I am going to replace my O2 sensors and maybe my spider connection. Do you have links to where you bought yours, or a parts list of what you replaced in this video? Thanks again for the awesome video!
Nice video. Thank you a lot. I have 2.7t and when i try to acc it goes to limp mode. No fault codes at the time when it happens. Later after it comes P0431. What can it be? N75 new etc etc....
Can you give me the part number on that exact abs module as i have the same fault but having serious issues finding the correct module (most only have 2 rows of solonoids and not 3 !
There are a few places you can go with. There are companies that will just refurbish yours if you send it to them. Or you can buy an already refurbished one like I did then send your old ones in to get the core deposit money back. The company is called A1 Cardone, but you can get them from carparts.com. :) here is a link similar to the one I used.(www.googleadservices.com/pagead/aclk?sa=L&ai=DChcSEwiPpfHc0Ob3AhUGFq0GHeXBDs8YABAIGgJwdg&agsac=UZCuJWVan3k&cit=CkQKCAjwj42UBhBwEjQAj9tG2ZRHfCJtAO-TYTUioe_4UqpPjrqFFH1HDeEU64-0XkH3EY94r3KdkQf76rUhKTlNGgKTH_D_BwE&ohost=www.google.com&cid=CAESa-D2A6WVf4XmYI6dINYoLX6wuLvT-IIunmTy4otagZCPzM7m4a-aiBS2tYmuSj326qa3osw75HvH4ShGP5udd3C1BZrVtUpBZLRgI2DfDfwa9ggXLLJcUeO_psEoFlTNP5-ldcCkwTdxNmQ9&sig=AOD64_0RT4a08p0R8GqKNSiixSh0rzppLQ&ctype=5&q=&ved=2ahUKEwiU9-bc0Ob3AhWJDEQIHWRnAigQwg8oAHoECAEQCw&adurl=&ms=CoACNHqby-pNsXFZRqfcE-V30Q2l047FbALhY0EpSeuueJk9yZ_hzsstMxi4fJYUmk0NuCxiDeDyVv10B68QeEShNvS1sHfqScWFyKhlGCpN3198PZYUL_fUie6J1-teciSYfRnMgVPuBeZEeDYRQIfPi-U5IbcpCXYaN8tNt28c3l-DzQeU3wI2cQ8VRUgBYEdqm61iyGj4ap8hKKb4Jx5bQnDNDOCCu9qQgezjt-ib0DQlwaNR7liOOYcSqSp2-UQjIoPZHQpxSQavi7TgpLi2uL8gQibEJn-cPxx6iOVkNykRZXb-xEyBEl_vSjlNudYMi-qoMR--r3fMPAnmJYfouwqAAgx_ZkSPsustsSEzgMxffE0He1WbLP7TqYRAHKAhe6niv-T4CbFl-TyFEq3aJHxiHmuCXJEtR0rxBJAePp-2xzi9GSwoFxAeni1kMBGB7PT7yElfVGoR9L3bl4fY1_Y0KdWvkoRHTWQwRauJ6ZWNHpR7Fe22Eaz_3TwGwpF4W9qvklOJtLI1SLfjk63Oyp-76avn60mkv5zgw_M-v0-Bh0ZenXSMDNRcgKynEHnFkRjDnW1bW6pnjie5BVA3A3thmHkGfeVzPetH-NOFSu3LhNWm4jL5lgOxjtkYRYHwmNgoa7gSRyUg7Q6PQV0aG0Pg0yzQKS_fCewXlVtDqJgd8zISEOh-pyGcQ0nIOIhyCmZn2a4) Make sure to look at the model number tag on the bottom of yours before ordering the specific one. Hello i hope you are doing great! I have a question for you, which shift knob you have on your s4?I love it and might just get the same model if only i knew which one is?It looks from a tt model? Thank you and i love your videos and your car i follow you from canada Cheers!
Thank you! I hope you are doing well too. And yeah I actually can confirm that it is one from a TT. It came with the car so it's funny that both my cars match in that way haha. I am glad you are enjoying the videos. Thank you for the support!
I am happy to answer some questions about the process if you have some. I got mine in a kit from ECS and it was really just as simple as disconnecting it from the airbox and placing the two jumper cables in their place. Thanks for the support by the way!
Thank you for the support! I went with a 15ftx5ft roll. I bought alot more than I needed and cut a section off so I had extra in case I messed up and needed to try again and to do my other car/projects.
Thats a great question. I will have to look into that for you. I know the later model B5S4 had a different control arms and a less complicated pcv system if that helps you decide! Can't go wrong either way though:) thank you for the support!
No I didn't:) when I ordered the tune they sent me a cable (kinda like an obd2 scanner but it plugs into a laptop). You plug it into the car and drive around while it maps some driving data. This was super helpful in them figuring out where the tune came from. I think if you email on their site you can buy individual log reviews as well. They are a super cool company and nice people. Motoza performance is the company name. Thanks for the support!
Haha yeah... That is something I think about alot actually. I love watches and they each symbolize a milestone for me. I always debate not wearing them but the rad thing I have found is that they are built to be worn and can take way more abuse than people give them credit for. The marks that do make it through tell stories too. But on the other hand I completely get wanting to keep them pristine.

Nice progress, and wrapping the wood trim pieces definitely modernized the look of the interior. What's your plan for the front seats?

I do still have the S4! It's a different color now but I still work in it regularly! Those S4 are some seriously cool cars!
How do you remove those trim pieces? Are they just clipped on?
