  • I made smoked pork tenderloin on my weber grill. I use only 3 simple ingredients for a recipe that is easy and awesome!
Smoked pork tenderloin is one of my favorite foods to cook on my weber grill. I smoked two whole tenderloins in this video and used only simple ingredients to make it super easy! I will take you through the whole process from applying the binder to the rub to smoking and slicing. If you don’t know how to set up your Weber grill for smoking, no problem! It’s very simple to do and I’ll link to a video below that will teach you how to do it.
    Ingredients I used:
    Pork tenderloin
    Yellow mustard (for the binder)
Mccormick's Grill Mates Chipotle Roasted Garlic (for the rub)
    Tools I use and recommend:
    Weber Kettle Grill - amzn.to/2wldalm
    Thermapen MK4 - bit.ly/KAMK4

I just purchased a 2017 Weber Kettle Grill, got it all cleaned up, and I've been watching your videos non-stop, my friend!
I grilled up some Ribeyes last night for my first trial run, and they ended up pretty dang good!
Thanks so much for posting quality content that will help me through this new hobby! Keep the awesome posts coming!

I typically bake my pork tenderloins, but I'm definitely going to give this a try!

I have a few questionI? I'm going to smoke with my charcoal grill tomorrow for the first time some pork loins I hope you can get back to me thanks in advance!
    1. Did have to add more charcoal during the process?
    2. When and why did you wrap them in aluminum foil?
    3. I've seen people sprits while smoking did you do that and should i?
    4. Why the binder? And will you be able to taste the mustard?

Try using a carving knife.. it makes the tender loin "cut" more tender. :)

Hey Ryan first off I love the video. I was wondering and maybe you know this already but I have a buddy of mine that has a ring that goes on his Weber kettle that holds a rotisserie. My question is this I'm wondering if this setup could be used in conjunction with doing some smoking? I really don't see why not. He got these off the internet but I'm not sure where at . I don't think it was to expensive. Anyway I've been thinking about this for a while now. Might turn into something who knows

I spatchcock mine and finish em off on the hot side to crisp up the skin and they come out awesome.

Can I cook belly pork the same way on a bbq?

    • @KitchenAlpha
      @KitchenAlpha  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Yes! About anything that you can cook in an offset or other type of smoker can be cooked this way.

Is this real pork loin from the pig?
