What makes this such an amazing camper is that you were able to design such a functional van in a 144" wb! I find many of the boutique conversion companies can't seem to put half of what is in this van into a 170 EXT wb. Very unique layout, never seen a conversion quite like this before. The one thing I wish it had was equal seating with 3 point restraints as it has space for sleeping. Can't understand how mass produced Class B RVs tout sleeping for 4-6 but only two front seats with seatbelts? I've always liked the idea of putting a roof top tent on a van conversion! I think vans and sailboats have more in common than people think. More van builders should borrow from the sailboat industry. Hope Campo is still around when I'm ready to build! Bravo.
There is floor track to add up to three Travois seats with 3 point belts. You can take seats out at campsite (owner is building rocker bases) and store them under the rear bed.
That’s literally my dream layout for a van! I’m so glad to see a video of it manifested in real life! The only change I‘d make is I would get the extended wheelbase and have a fixed bed. Nicely done!
I've seen a lot of van conversions. I've done a couple of van conversions when I was able to but now I'm a cripple. Now I have to pay somebody else to do the good van conversion. I like the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 series 177 wheelbase long dual axle in the back single axle on the front it's you know I'm loaded one I am with a diesel engine. I'd be happy with the 2016 high top 3500 cargo less windows the better. I suffer from migraine headaches so van has to be basically totally enclosed with no windows. I like the idea of a Murphy bed. I have some ideas and I seen a lot of van conversions and I'm taking a lot of ideas from the van conversions that I've seen including yours and hopefully in the next couple of years I will have one. Thanks for the information that you've given us hopefully it'll be useful for many of us doing van conversions. I done for now. I like them use of a full size shower/ washroom.
This might be my new favorite build. I very much like your intro and outro music, but keep in mind that a lot of us use earbuds, so you might want to turn the volume on the music down a little bit so you don’t kill us. Great build!!!

If I had 100,000 dollars I would pay you today to build me a van! The only thing there is not much storage but then you don’t have to drive a huge van and there is 4 wheel drive! Great design! I love it! Just maybe some solar panels?
I like some of the ideas that you Incorporated in your van but there's other ideas that I would like to do in my van that are not in your van. I like the removable induction stove top. You can remove it and put it in a drawer below one of your cabinets when not being used. The other thing is that I like the idea of a Murphy bed. It's it folds up one side and it's out of the way totally and when you're crippled when you need your space for other things like your electric scooter, your power chair xcetera and other necessities that you need being a crippled have a night Murphy Bed full it out of the way is ideal. I'm hoping that I can purchase a used Mercedes Benz diesel 3500 series high top cargo van with less Windows the better. It has to be fully loaded front rear air conditioning and swivel seats now I've heard that Mercedes-Benz has swivel seats but getting them ordered is really impossible to get so I'm hoping that by the time I get my man I'll be able to get the swivel that I can put underneath my seats. I also have to have running boards there's other things I'm going to need to set raise and lower my scooter from the back of my van there's I've got some ideas that probably nobody else has ever thought of doing it
One question when in bear country or say mountain lion maybe how do we keep them from getting in the spare room? I'm a photographer who needs to travel 😁
Indoor shower, not conveniently accessible from the inside or not accessible from the inside? Also the cassette toilet can be re-positioned to the shower area too, not presently located in the 'middle' section of the vehicle.
I thought the same.. toilet could have been positioned in the back, but then again on a cold winter night he would have to go around the back and take a piss😄 But just imagine, with this setup, he could be taking a dump while cooking on the gimble stove😄
Some of these ideas are super cool. I’m looking to get into a Mobil nomad life with the kimbo truck camper. That stove would be sick to put in the camper and the cassette toilet is pretty slick too. I like how it was so well planned out. The same goes for the kimbo. I hope to be rolling in the near future ( that could be soon or a bit down the road.

What I thought I like to do when you open your rear doors there's ramp it's automatic electric ramp and it. Down and I'll always you to put your skirts on your ramp and lower the ramp to the ground so you can get your scooter out of the back of your van. The only problem with that is you got to put the ramp back inside the vehicle in order to shut the rear doors

Agree, in my country, New Zealand, we can’t legally go on the road without having seatbelts to match beds
